During our stay there were mosquitoes in the room. Bed and pillows are not comfortable. The aircon is not good, it has unpleasant sound. There is not enough light. One thing we like, the Cignal cable is very clear.

I had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was good, the location was great. The room was cozy and clean except that they don't have elevators to carry heavy things. It was my first time to stay there, still I would highly recommend the place. And the fact that it's budget friendly. 👌

The room looks exactly as that in the pictures. I was surprised and amazed with how nice the room was. Was definitely more than what I paid for. I will go back there for sure, and I've been bragging this hotel to my friends already. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. One suggestion though, it would be nice if they'll have like a small store or an area where customers can purchase bottled water, sodas, chips, liquor, bread.

Budget hotel don't expect much. They don't even provide toiletries or bottled water.

friendly staff place is average. only complaint is the wifi. it's very slow. and there should be a bidet in the toilet. overall its a great place to stay.

The hotel staff were fine and friendly, the only problem is the Wi-Fi connection is not accommodating. we cannot access the whole duration of our stay.

We had an issue before checking in as the Booking ID doesn't match from what the hotel have. We had to call the customer service before we could check-in. However, the reception and the hotel personnel are nice and attentive. Hotel room are clean and cozy too.

The hotel is perfect for its price. Staff is accommodating. We always stay here every time one of our relatives came home.

1st no elevator. Staff did not even help me bring my baggage up 3rd floor. Toilet has no small spray for cleaning your popo. No breakfast. Far from stores. No fridge

Because there was no in between I chose "bad" but it was actually just below average lacking an elevator, having too worn out and stained bed linens, poor air conditioning.

They are charging outsource massage for PHP 150 for the reason that they have their own contacts massage parlor. First time I encountered this issue.

They sprayed disinfectant right before I enter my room so the strong scent was there for a few hours. The roof above the TV is leaking. It freaks me, where the liquids are coming from? What if it's from the toilet next floor? I was going to review the hotel for my vlog but I decided not to post the videos of the hotel. No point moving to other room and complaining because I will not stay over night, I was there for only 4 hours. Sana nga nagmotel nalang ako... so yea let the hotel know in the remark when you book them, you want no leaking from the roof.

even though im transferred to a penthouse instead of family room i wasn't happy because i'm on the 4th floor without any elevator , so it's very tiring just going to my room since i have to take the stairs
