親切で気持ちの良い接客でした。部屋はとてもは可愛らしく、ベッドも寝心地が良く、設備も整っていました。テーブルに用意されていた炭酸水と水が美味しかったです。バスやトイレも綺麗で何よりも水の流れがしっかりしているのが良かったです。敢えて言うなら、2泊したのですが、バスタオル類を交換して頂けると有難かったです。そこまで気になることではありませんでした。朝目覚める時、気持ちの良い涼しい風と鳥の鳴き声が爽やかな気持ちにさせてくれました。朝食もとても美味しかったです。夜ご飯もホテルのレストランで2日間とも食べましたが、どの料理もとても美味しかったです。チェックアウト日にタクシーを予約していたのですが、時間が過ぎても来なかったので困っていることをスタッフに伝えると予約していたタクシーに電話をしてくれたり、別のタクシーの手配をしてくれました。またcotswoldに来る時には是非ここのホテルに泊まりたいです。

Fantastic level of service

Great stay at the Angel. Food was superb as was the service from start of our stay through to departure. Beautiful old pub with lots of quaint features, some older parts of the building and accommodation which could be expected of a cotswold property of this age. Location was superb being right in the centre of Burford but a short distance down a quieter side road. Would recommend to family and friends anytime as a great base for visiting the cotswolds.

Nice pub with rooms just off the High Street. No designated parking but a staff member moved his car so we could park. Arrived on a Sunday and had the Sunday roast, my husband the chicken and I had the beef. It was absolutely delicious plus crumble for desert. Breakfast also came exactly as ordered (with hard eggs for me and soft for husband) and first class. Will definitely stay again when coming to the area

Wonderful stay - excellent service from very friendly staff, really lovely room at the front of the hotel - nice and large, spotlessly clean with bathroom that was great as it had a bath. Dinner and breakfast were excellent - such good quality tasty food and reasonably priced - lovely atmosphere in the bar. Great beer garden at the rear which we didn't get a chance to use as the weather was not kind. Sorry to leave this place - will be back

We had a lovely stay at The Angel. Very comfortable room, lovely breakfast and accommodating staff. Such a great location for exploring Burford and the Cotswolds.

Staff was very friendly, good location, expensive than I expected - especially HALF BOARD - they count 8 Pouds for servise. NExt time I will choose cheaper option.

We stayed on a half board basis. Breakfast and the evening meals were superb. Staff were very attentive. Great location and hope to return for another stay.

Another lovely stay at the Angel, Burford Room clean and well prepared Just off the Main Street really good food and and amazing breakfast loads of juice and coffee presented to us at breakfast so no looking around for someone to top up juice and coffee This is a real gem of a place to stay but you’ll have to be flexible so if you see a vacant room book it and do a bit of homework as there’s so much to see in the area you won’t disappointed We will definitely be coming back to Burford and will return when the Angel is available Lovely manager and amazing staff

Staff were very helpful, the evening meal was excellent, but the breakfast was rather more average (toast overcooked). The room was lacking a chair for TV viewing.

We have visited the Angel before and this was another wonderful stay. We ate at the hotel as well and the meal was excellent as well as breakfast.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay at The Angel. Friendly staff, lovely food, spotlessly clean and beautiful room. Parked in the free carpark nearby. Lovely to visit Burford again and relive childhood memories. Would highly recommend.

Very close to centre of Burford. Situated on a quiet street. No car park but managed to get a space on the street. There is a public car park nearby. Pleasant bar and restaurant with attractive well tended garden at the rear. Good food in the evening, although at breakfast no fruit of any kind was available to accompany with our cereal. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Bed on the hard side. Sheets and towels excellent.

A lovely traditional inn just off the high street Booked in for an evening meal which was excellent.Good atmosphere and friendly staff.Room was a good size with a comfortable bed .Easy access to explore near Cotswolds.
