The room is nice. The food from thier restaurant is good too.

Hotel em reforma, quarto renovado. Muitas excursões para visitar o Santuário Padre Pio. Staff muito simpático. Chegamos tarde(após 22:00h), e mesmo assim nos atenderam no restaurante. Café da manhã muito fraco. Suco industrializado, difícil identificar o sabor. Estacionamento próprio e próximo ao santuário, o que facilita a visita.

There was no air conditioning at this property. The building was under construction, so there was a lot of noise. The bathroom sink looks like broken particleboard. And the bed was as hard as a stone. It was overwhelmingly, hot, and uncomfortable. I would not recommend to anyone and I will never stay here again.

A equipe é maravilhosa, atenciosos, prestativos, nota 10, mas o hotel está passando por reformas, o que prejudica a privacidade e o silencio. Qusndo estiver reformado será excelente.

Instalaciones en reparacion exterior total. De saber ese dato cuando lo reserve, no me hospedo.

Our bathroom was not clean. Mattress and pillows are hard as a stone

Staff were really helpful especially Pio from the breakfast area. The property was under renovation during the time that we were there so there’s some hint of construction dust when we checked in our room. Housekeeping was helpful in making it go away. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. It’s very modern and the washroom was squeaky clean. 10 min walk from Padre Pio Shrine. Access to it is right across the hotel. Highly recommended

I wasn’t aware that the property was undergoing major construction with a huge facelift in progress. Scaffolding outside the entire building. On on first seeing the hotel, I wondered if I was at the right hotel. What a mess! The layout of my room, a room with a terrace was not user friendly. No facial tissues, you had to use the one in the toilet!

No swimming pool and a lot of noise in morning

The hotel inside was clean. The staff was friendly especially Francesco very helpful. Great breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The parking was included and great location by the elevators. Walked to all the historic sites and did not need to move the car. The thing that we did not like was the outside under renovation.

Fiz reserva para 4 adultos , eu , marido e nossas duas filhas - qdo chegamos no quarto não tinha lugar para colocar as malas delas no andar superior. Solicitei a recepção que vieram até o quarto e disseram que não tinham nenhum suporte , para colocar no chão mesmo. 😬 Achei indelicado. Hotel estava em uma reforma imensa , não se via nem fachada e não avisaram, sou extremamente alérgica. Isso é de extrema importância avisar . Achei bom mas me esforçando.

Hotel simples, não espere muito. Instalações limpas. Para quem tem problemas com travesseiros, os desse hotel não são muito confortáveis. A recepcionista queria reter nossos passaportes e só devolver no check out, só nos devolveu depois de muita insistência. O restaurante serve bons pratos com preço justo. Esperava mais, porém para uma curta estás vale o custo benefício.

Very clean and comfortable, helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast. I didn't think our evening meal in hotel restaurant was worth the money, very limited choice of food also. Conveniently placed for Padre Pio.

Very close to everything

Réceptionniste cherchait 15 min pour trouver une chambre. Fuyait le regard, répondait jamais avec une phrase entière. On avait réservé 1 grand lit, la réception demandait si on voulait 2 lits séparés mais on avait décliné et finalement la chambre avait 2 lits séparés

This hotel was well located, close to where we needed to be. Facilities were great, only down fall was that the lifts took a bit of time as they were doing maintenance one of them. Apart from that, it was an awesome hotel to be.
