スタッフも話しやすい人が多く、部屋が広く清潔でとても過ごしやすいホテルでした。 朝のビュッフェはアメリカのビジネスホテルであれば良い方かと思います。コーヒーはロビーのところで無料で提供されていたので利用していました。バスタブがありませんでしたが、シャワーしか使わないので特に気になりませんでした。 周辺には歩いて行ける距離にモールがあります？そこで夕食取ることができたので、食事はほ特にませんでした。安全を考えらとウーバーやタクシーを利用した方がよかもしれません。

部屋はとても清潔で広く、ベッドも寝心地が良く、とてもいいと思いました。ただ、部屋がロビーの近くで、ロビーでスタッフが大声で話しており、夜も騒がしくて眠れませんでした。一度、静かにしてもらうようお願いしましたが、だれかの誕生日だったらしく、夜中の12時にHappy Birthday!とみんなで叫んだために、乳児を含む家族全員で起きてしまいました。せっかく気持ちのいい部屋なのに、スタッフが騒がしいせいで眠れなくなるというのは、とてももったいないです。

Our family enjoyed staying at the Speinghill Suites! W lived how it’s right next door to Sesame Place and how spqcious the rooms were. The breakfast also had great options.

The only pro in staying at this hotel was that it was right across the street from Sesame Place. Then we got hit with a $10 fee per day for parking at the hotel. When asked why the fee they said it was because they are so close to Sesame Place. A bit baffled since that was the whole perk for staying at that hotel...seemed pretty ridiculous to have to pay for parking at the hotel im staying at because its close to an attraction. The breakfast was actually quite disappointing. Not a wide selection nor did it taste good. Even the packaged muffins were dry and brittle. The room looked nice and spacious and clean. However the bed was super hard and the thermostat was set to either too hot or too cold. Overall disppointing. Would not stay here again.

The room was big and spacious enough, clean too but it’s outdated.

It was walking distance to Sesame place. Really nice spot. Wish the pool was a little warmer but we had a good time.

I complained three times from 8am to 10pm as I trying to work online from my room to be told by a manager that she would comp my $10 parking fee per night because seasame place is right across the street but it’s off season. Great location

Very nice location with Sesame Place and Margaritas right across the street. Friendly staff, the pool was very nice and clean as well as the hot tub.

We were given a handicap room as a result of them booking my suite to someone else by mistake. The person at the front desk during check in said that they booked the suite we were supposed to have by mistake. During checkout the from desk person even asked if we were supposed to gave a handicap room and I informed no, so even she notice. The sofa was supposed to be a pullout bed (which it wasn't) and the shower was damaged. I would like a refund or a replacement room as a result.

This place is awesome. Clean and comfortable. Melissa is an asset to this hotel. She was kind, thoughtful and helpful. 10 out of 10. Would stay again. Kids enjoyed chicken wings during their social hour.

Staff and accommodations were fine. Having to pay $15 to use the parking lot-not so great. Yes as I re-read the bottom of page to secure the room it is stated, however that is a bit deceiving. Just show the fee up front.
