部屋の鍵が壊れていて 1時間近く部屋の前で待たされて、結局 部屋を変えることに。 ディスカウント処理をすると言っていたが口だけで何も無い。 ホテルのゴミ箱はゴミが溢れかえっていても ホテルの従業員は遊んでいる。部屋の壁際は虫の死骸だらけ。換気扇は壊れているし バスルームの電気は2箇所壊れて薄暗い。二度と泊まりたくない。

The room, bed, bathroom, frig, a/c worked great. I'd recommend either steam cleaning the carpet or change the carpet all together. The carpet was worn and ditry looking a bit.

Great quick stay on the way to Detroit.

What I didn't like was the professionalism of this place I had stayed two nights on the 1st day of check-in there was other people's hair in sheets they were short on staff so I went to get sheets from downstairs I told them I could put them on but the next day when I tried to see about maybe having that room refunded the answer was no I believe the right thing and professional thing that could have been done was for me to be refunded for that one night.

Upon arrival I learned that the tv was broken and no other rooms available. I drove from another state so it was very inconvenient.

Elevators were dirty and sketchy hallways were dirty lobby floor was sticky and dirty

Room I was in had a spot that looked like mold or possibly feces on the toilet. There was also hair on the toilet. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned. The curtains had blood stains on them. When I brought up the issue regarding the dirty toilet the front desk employee (Jacquelyn) recommended I bring it up to day shift because she was the only one working and would not be able to leave the front desk because she was the only one working. She said there were no other rooms available to transfer me to. When I asked could they transfer me to another Holiday Inn that could accommodate because I was not going to use that restroom all night she stated that they did not do that. She then stated that another guest failed to check in and we could be transferred to that room instead. Would not recommend.

Clean and decently priced

Only stayed one night. The room was clean and quiet. Everything was close by stores and restaurants within three miles. The check in was quick and easy.

This hotel is in a perfect location if you are going to the Toledo Speedway. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

The room was PERFECT for my wheelchair It was clean and orderly. Only disadvantage was being next to the back door I was kept up by the noise of it closing every half hour or so.

Not very good front desk service. Had customers waiting in lobby and the lady was in the back with headphones in her ears. Cable was horrible.
