The overall was good but the check-in system is the really really worst in the world. Very bad. Very very bad check in system.

The room is large and clean. The water pressure of the shower is also sufficient. The kitchen has everything you need. I definitely recommend it.

Kitchen was equipped. Bedding and linen was provided. Clean apartment. Both front and rear parking available. Good location. Very good service and communication. Will definitely recommend.

Close to workplace. Nice heated apartment, has all the things you would need highly recommend.

Communication was excellent. They responded to me immediately and gave me clear instructions when I asked about checking in as I would be arriving late in the evening and checking out early in the morning. The apartment is in a quiet area. It was clean, spacious and it had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. There’s some wear and tear that could be addressed. Both bedrooms had missing vertical blinds so let light in. I would stay here again.

We noticed a nasty musky smell as we arrived and opened up the sofa bed to a absolutely disgusting mattress and we was told the sofa wasn’t supposed to be used as a sofa bed but sitting on it with that underneath is appalling and unhygienic. The other mattresses on the beds were not as bad but very well worn out and slightly stained. We did not stay and travelled back the same day. The own refused a refund and seemed rather rude.

Nice large apartment which is good to use as a base. However sofas & beds were not very comfortable, the apartment could do with modernising as it’s looking tired / well used in places

Great location, flat was easy to access. Great communication from host, stayed two nights before cruise! Highly recommend for anyone sailing from Southampton to use these apartments!

Perfect location for us as we were visiting Paulton's Park. The apartment itself was of ample size, fitting us and our two children in with plenty of space. Bathrooms are snug but perfectly functional. The place was clean, with basic functional products, eg. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towel etc. Check in and out was simple with a key safe box and code given via text message. Plenty of sleeping space with 2 doubles, and a single, and space for a travel cot. 2 sofas in the lounge. All good but I found the beds quite firm, and my hip suffered a little, but that's just personal, nothing wrong with them. Were happy to find a fan available in each room for use in the heat. Was always spaces for parking each day. We stayed 3 nights.

Spacious apartment perfectly functional. Beds provided good nights sleep. Made use of extras such as ironing board/iron. Little tired in places i.e toilet roll holders rusty. Generally clean though towels had the odd stain on them. Good location. Easy access by bus to city centre. Ongoing exterior work on building but didn't affect stay.

Stayed for a few days whilst helping child move from one uni accom to another. Hottest weekend of the year and really happy that apartment (superior 2 bed) had climate control. Made for a really welcome respite from heat of the day. Very well equipped kitchen. Towels provided of a very decent size. Beds on the soft side for our taste. Would say bring an eye mask as bedroom blinds are not blackout! Some hooks on back of shower room doors would be handy. Exceptionally clean! Would stay again.

It was in a good location. The communication was perfect.

Very spacious but limited parking. Booked for 5 pax but dining chairs are not enough. Vanity table missing a chair. Toiletries could have been better. Hair dryer would be very handy. Not enough hanging hooks for towel in the bathroom.

We were disappointed with the property as it did not match the description. It is also too far from any shopping centres and the bus system is unreliable. Staff were very helpful and responsive. No coffee, tea or milk provided, one small soap, one toilet roll and a small shower gel for 4 nights. On request we were given extra shower gel and toilet paper. Outside was dirty with cigarette butts lying everywhere, no alarm clock, dvd player, bath, heated towel rail or safe as advertised(not even a towel rail). Lack of power points and no instructions for dishwasher and washing machine.

Very conveniently located apartment which was sufficiently roomy for the three of us with all we actually needed although some TLC was definitely needed, and some maintenance would be an improvement.

The apartment was lovely, fully furnished & equipped with everything you could possibly need. They are in a convenient but quiet location only a few minutes walk from bus stops to get you into the city centre or to Winchester for a day out, there’s also bus stops near by to Malvern Zoo & in the opposite direction to the general hospital. Or there’s on site parking for you if you bring your car. I would have given the apartment 5 stars except for it being in need of a little tlc although none of the things I noticed impacted my stay & I would highly recommend these apartments.

A lot of space, good rooms, clean and overall a good experience. Communication with leasing company great. The apartment had everyrhing we needed, and then some. Highly recommended.

The location was easy to find. The host replied enquiry promptly. The flat was big enough for 4, though we had 3 only. It would be great if the intercome was functioned because we had only one key. Most facilities and appliance were clean and easy to use, except the two toilets' fan. They didn't work so it was very wet after having shower.
