great location. staff was rude but room was pretty cheap for Madrid. would stay here again if need be.

L'hôtel n'a pas été très sympa car une erreur s'était glissée dans ma réservation et malgré ma demande de correction 6 minutes après avoir fait la réservation, il a refusé de faire la modification. Résultat j'ai du repayer une 2ème nuit pour avoir la bonne date... Pas sympa du tout

It is a simple room, but it is functional and really perfectly placed near Puerta del Sol.

I could not even stay at the accomodation for one night. the room smelt like stale cigarettes and was giving me a migraine. when i spoke to the staff they dismissed what i was saying and ignored me. i was booked for a 10 night stay in a single room and was not even offered a different room. i checked out and had to book myself in to a different accomodation last minute. at the time i was under the impression i would be able to get a partial refund for my stay as it would be a last minute cancellation only however the accomodation refused this. i would never book this again and will warn everyone who mentions going to madrid against this.

Mal servicio, parece que te quieren correr, no cabía en el baño, no me querían cambiar las toallas, no hicieron el servicio del cuarto un día, todo lo tratan de economizar: mal papel de baño, mal jabón, aire acondicionado con chapuzas. Lo único buen es la ubicación.

This motel represents great value stay for those looking for basic accommodations. The location is fantastic, steps from the Puerta del Sol metro and numerous bars and restaurants. A/C was user control and very cold, important for summer months. Staff was very friendly. Our room could be a bit “noisy” at night but nothing that affected our rest. The bath shower had good water pressure. Beds were decent. I would stay again.
