ロケーションも抜群で、スタッフの方がとても親切で心地よい時間を過ごせました。 あとは食事がとても美味しかったです。 普段あまり朝食を食べない自分が何度もおかわりしてしまいました。

リスボンの街は素晴らしく、ホテルは好立地、丁寧な応対、美味しくてリズナブルな食事。すべて文句無しでした。レストランのスタッフ2人ともとても親切に対応してくれました。感謝します。 ヨーロッパの伝統的な雰囲気を感じられて満足できる滞在でした。金曜日の夜で周りは大変な盛り上がりだったけど、不慣れな私は一緒に楽しめなかったのが残念でした。

場所も良く。スタッフもカジュアルですが親切。部屋、バストイレは新しく綺麗でした。部屋の広さもまずまず。　朝ごはんもとても良い。レストランスタッフも少ない人数ながら高感度。昼も行きましたが良かったです。

ロケーションがとても良く、レストランが近く交通の便も、部屋から眺めも素敵です。 街の雰囲気を楽しめる理想的なホテルでした。

バイシャ地区の中心部で街歩きに向くホテルでした。但し、坂の街のため、スーツケースを持っての公共機関（地下鉄・バス）利用でのチェックインは難しいです。最寄り駅からのタクシー利用で€5前後でした。デラックス ルーム (Castle or River View)は最上階の4Fで、castle viewでした。1Fはレストランで朝食別料金でしたが、温かい料理もありました。スタッフも親切でフレンドリーであり、リスエストに応えてくれました（ファドレストランや早朝タクシーの予約）。

カルモ教会近くのロケー－ションは、どこに行くにも便利。当初は期待外れの狭苦しい部屋をあてがわれたが、ここで3泊は我慢できないと強く申し入れ、代りにより広い快適な部屋に代えてもらった。設備＆サービスに特に問題なかったが、WIFIがスマートホンはすぐつながるがＰＣにはなかなかつながらないのが難点。これは前日のポルトやその後に泊まったスペインのホテルでも大体同じ。ＰＣ派としてはややイライラさせられた。

ロシオ駅から西側に位置するホテルで、リスボンならではの急な坂を上った位置にある。 スーツケースを持って上がるのはきつかったが、帰りは楽だった。 目の前にカルモ教会があり、ホテルからすぐの位置にサグレスの経営する、有名なビアレストランであるトリンダーデがある。また、美味しいレストランエリアにも簡単に行ける。 ランニングも坂を下りてすぐ海に出られるのでオススメ。 冷蔵庫がフリースペースが広く、水もサービスされ、とても良かった。

地図上ではロシオ広場やバイシャ地区から非常に近く見えますが、急な坂をだいぶ登りますので重い荷物を持ってる場合はタクシーが必須です。 到着すると1階のレストランでウェルカムドリンクを一杯いただけます。部屋にはミネラルウォーター大１と小２が無料で付いています。部屋によっては窓から海がちらりと望めたりします。 バイロアルト地区にも徒歩圏なので、夜に食事をしに行ったり、ファドを聞きに行ったりするのには絶好のロケーションだと思います。（ロシオ広場近くに滞在だと坂を登っていく必要がありますが、リスボンは夜はちょっと治安が悪いと思うので。） ホテルから空港まではタクシーで13EURでした。 ホテルのスタッフ、一回レストランのウェイターさん、みなさんとても親切でした。

シンプルだけど、キレイで落ち着く部屋。 親切なスタッフ。 近くに、ミネラルウォーターを購入できる、小さいお店有り。 バイロアルトのワインバーに行くのに便利。 唯一、シャワーの使い勝手があまり良くなかった。 それ以外は、とても満足できるホテル。

Hotel super bem localizado! Equipe super atenciosa. Café da manhã excelente. Quarto reformado com ar condicionado silencioso. Café Nespresso disponível. Só que tivemos um inconveniente pois o ralo do nosso chuveiro estava entupido e não tinha outro quarto disponível no momento e só pudemos trocar no dia seguinte. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e prestativos mas não tinha ninguém da equipe de manutenção. Após a troca do quarto tudo foi resolvido.

Great location in Lisbon, near the beautiful Rossio Square. Breakfast was well presented, featuring fruit, cheeses, pastry etc. Very quiet hotel , rooms very clean with air conditioning. Many restaurants, shops and shopping mall with walking .

The property was nice. Great service, room was clean and nice size. Breakfast was also very good.

This hotel is in an excellent location. It is walking distance to all the places you want to see. The metro and train stations are all within 10 minutes walk. The breakfast was a perfect variety of items.

My stay here was better than expected. I had a red-eye flight and arrived at the property at around 7:30 am. I requested an early check-in. While, they didn't have the room ready, they offered me complementary brunch for free. They then were able to get me checked in by 11:30 for a nap even though standard check-in wasn't until 3:00 pm. Hotel was generally quiet and was not a big hotel - 5-6 floors, and a few rooms per floor. The area was perfect - right in the middle of Baixo and Chiado, allowing access to sights and bars in both directions. Also right next to a famous church that was turned into a museum as well as a historic gothic elevator / lift providing great views of the city. Clean room and I was on the 5th floor, also with a great view of the city. Would definitely come back again.

Great location in the heart of historic Lisbon. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us make train reservations. The breakfast was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again.
