スタッフがフレンドリーだった。

ロケーションも抜群で、スタッフの方がとても親切で心地よい時間を過ごせました。 あとは食事がとても美味しかったです。 普段あまり朝食を食べない自分が何度もおかわりしてしまいました。

リスボンの街は素晴らしく、ホテルは好立地、丁寧な応対、美味しくてリズナブルな食事。すべて文句無しでした。レストランのスタッフ2人ともとても親切に対応してくれました。感謝します。 ヨーロッパの伝統的な雰囲気を感じられて満足できる滞在でした。金曜日の夜で周りは大変な盛り上がりだったけど、不慣れな私は一緒に楽しめなかったのが残念でした。

場所も良く。スタッフもカジュアルですが親切。部屋、バストイレは新しく綺麗でした。部屋の広さもまずまず。　朝ごはんもとても良い。レストランスタッフも少ない人数ながら高感度。昼も行きましたが良かったです。

ロケーションがとても良く、レストランが近く交通の便も、部屋から眺めも素敵です。 街の雰囲気を楽しめる理想的なホテルでした。

バイシャ地区の中心部で街歩きに向くホテルでした。但し、坂の街のため、スーツケースを持っての公共機関（地下鉄・バス）利用でのチェックインは難しいです。最寄り駅からのタクシー利用で€5前後でした。デラックス ルーム (Castle or River View)は最上階の4Fで、castle viewでした。1Fはレストランで朝食別料金でしたが、温かい料理もありました。スタッフも親切でフレンドリーであり、リスエストに応えてくれました（ファドレストランや早朝タクシーの予約）。

カルモ教会近くのロケー－ションは、どこに行くにも便利。当初は期待外れの狭苦しい部屋をあてがわれたが、ここで3泊は我慢できないと強く申し入れ、代りにより広い快適な部屋に代えてもらった。設備＆サービスに特に問題なかったが、WIFIがスマートホンはすぐつながるがＰＣにはなかなかつながらないのが難点。これは前日のポルトやその後に泊まったスペインのホテルでも大体同じ。ＰＣ派としてはややイライラさせられた。

Our stay in this hotel was wonderful. We stayed here both before and after our time in Lagos and the staff even remembered us when we came back the second time. The room was always clean and the beds very comfortable. We appreciated the personal touch to the service as well. The location was great and walkable to everything we wanted to do in Lisbon. Would definitely stay here again!

Funcionários prestativos, nos deram upgrade, anteciparam nosso check in muitos antes do horário e, percebendo nosso cansaço devido ao longo voo, nos serviram café da manhã de cortesia Um registro especial para a todos os funcionários, o ponto alto do hotel Muito brm localizado. Fizemos tudo andando Gostamos tanto quê retornamos na segunda parte da nossa viagem O café da manhã MARAVILHOSO!!!

Bien à l’exception d’une climatisation impossible à faire fonctionner adéquatement. On dirait qu’elle était limite à 24 degré dans la chambre après 2 nuits je me suis informé cela a été mieux. Il serait bien que cela soit ajusté quand les gens arrivent

Great staff. Nice room with Nespresso! Shower looked quite small but wasn’t so bad once in! I had to borrow a charger from the front desk as I only had a USB plug but luckily they had one. Really cute area to walk around and sit in a cafe.

Nice staff Great location Boutique hotel

Very well maintained hotel. Super quiet and relaxing. We stayed during world cup and at night there where lots of screams and cheering outside, however inside room we cannot hear any noise from outside. The only downside is limited breakfast.

We stayed three nights at the Lisboa Carmo Hotel after disembarking from our cruise ship. We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning (8:30 AM) and were delighted to find that a room was available for us. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. We were very tired the first night so we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. I don’t remember what we ate but it was very good quality and our server was wonderful. Breakfast is included and it is excellent as noted by other reviewers. My only complaint is that the restaurant doesn’t open for breakfast until 7:30 so we were only able to enjoy it once during our stay at the hotel. Our room was clean and our bed was excellent. The room was a comfortable temperature with the air conditioning on but I recommend using the upright oscillating fan to improve air circulation. We weren’t able to get many international channels on the TV which appeared to be an Internet streaming platform. Everything in the bathroom worked well. Overall we were very happy with our stay at Lisboa Hotel Carmo!

Gran ubicación cuartos grandes lindos y limpios personal amable

The location was great! The hallway and rooms were unfortunately kind of dingy and old seeming. Bathrooms dated and needed some renovations. The staff were incredibly kind! I think it would be helpful for the hotel to post pictures of the hallways and rooms themselves and bathrooms so that future guests know exactly what they’re dealing with! Overall had a good time, they brought cute bath tub for our one year old and a tub for her for the bathroom - that was appreciated.
