Very nice place, nice service nice people

room is okay, clean but it's not voice protection.

Booked a room with two beds, were given a room with one double bed. Have to pay another 900NTD to just to change room

Pros: -711/Fam mart just beside the hotel -Very near to Ximenting -Room is clean -Toiletries are complete -5min walk to Ximen MRT -Good cable channels -Buffet breakfast is OK -Receptionists are approachable. Cons: -You will never know if they will put you in the annex bldg (w/c is 1min walk from the main bldg), I got the annex one though -Breakfast is at the main bldg, so if you got the room in the annex, you need to take the short walk going to the main bldg -Single room has no cabinet

Would have been okay if not for the molds in the bedroom.

Service was great. Shout out to their front desk staff Max who was very accommodating with our queries during our stay. Just one suggestion though, they need to put variations on their breakfast menu;stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast spread that they offer us the same every morning. But overall a great place to stay when visiting Taipei.

Ximen Citizen Hotel is Super B for me. We stay there for 3 nights. The staff is very accommodating. The food is ok. The location is great very near to Ximen Station and Ximending Shopping Center. Easy to find, easy to check-in and check-out. They allowed us to leave our luggage on our last day. Everyday they clean our room. The room is cozy. Change towel, Refill toiletries, water, coffee and snacks everyday.
