２箇所あるトイレは、どちらもほとんど流れず、ひび割れなどメンテナンスも行き届いておらず、３日間の滞在中、とても困りました。タオルは清潔感がなく、また交換もなく、驚きました。スタッフは朝９時から夕方１８時までしかフロントにいません。１８時過ぎに戻ると部屋の鍵が開かず、フロントスタッフの緊急連絡先に連絡しましたが電話も繋がらない。セキュリティ会社のスタッフが来てくれるまで１時間以上待ちました。チェックアウト後、タクシーを呼んでもらいましたが、見るからに風貌が悪く、タクシーメーターの倍額を請求され、断るとドアを蹴る始末。小さい子供もいるし、大した金額ではないので、もう面倒で支払いました。バルセロナ、マドリード滞在中、嫌な思いをしたのはこの時だけ。こんなひどいタクシーに当たることはそうはないので、わざわざ呼んでもらう必要がなかったです。 グエル邸が近く、主要なスポットは徒歩圏内。グエル公園に早朝から行くため真っ暗な時間から外出しましたが、すぐ近くのカフェで朝食を食べることもできましたし、ロケーションは良いです。ただ同様のアパートはたくさんありますし、がっかりでした。

Good location, and nicely space room. Negatives were Washing machine without usage instruction. The hotel manager printed it for me upon my request, but I could not use drying function well till the end.

ロケーションはグエル邸のほぼ隣で抜群。 アパートでありながら1階にレセプションがあるので8am〜20qmなら鍵の受け渡しも簡単。 又タオル類は交換はありませんが、毎日掃除もしてくれる(ドアに掃除依頼の札を掛ける)。 中庭(バルコニー付き)タイプを選択して正解。 静かでストレスのない滞在ができました。

The Staff helped us . When towels were hard to dry,they changed them.Towel exchange is usually once on 4th.

Overall, it was a great stay. Loved the space of the apartment and the location. Had everything we needed. The only downside was the front bedroom does get a lot of noise from the street being in a Las Ramblas and the trash bins being right in front of the building. And the beds were pretty hard (coming from an American so keep that in mind). However, the location, space, and ease of check in made it worth it

This was the most disappointing accommodation experiences we have had. During our stay we found five cockroaches (four live, one dead). After reporting them, we were asked to leave the apartment for a deep clean, disrupting our holiday, only to return and find cleaning substances left around the apartment. The property was poorly maintained. One of the bathroom sinks leaked, the other bathroom sink barely drained, and pieces of cement repeatedly fell from the ceiling at night, including onto my daughters while they were sleeping. Noise from the apartment above was a constant problem, with shouting and doors slamming late into the night. We had to buy earplugs to sleep. We also found ash, cigarette butts and other debris falling onto our balcony furniture from above. Staff were unprofessional, with the cleaner holding loud FaceTime calls outside our apartment door on multiple mornings. Despite reporting these issues, no satisfactory solution was offered and we were told no alternative accommodation was available. Finding yet another cockroach on our final night summed up the experience. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, noise and management response were unacceptable. We would not stay here again or recommend this property!!

Superfin lägenhet, centralt vid La Rambla och stranden. Rent o fint. Två sovrum m dusch o badrum till båda. Vi hade lägenhet med stor uteplats. Supernöjda!

Accessible to the Metro (Liceu Station) and within walking distance to multiple places like Plaza Real, Barcelona Church, La Boqueria If your room is facing the street, it can be very loud even up to early AM d/t people walking by, trash pick up at 2-3am.

Well appointed apartment with everything we needed. Great location, and very helpful staff. Perfect spot for a family visiting Barcelona!

Das Zimmer war sauber aber schon sehr abgenutzt und das Wasser stank sehr stark nach Chlor. Das Bett war eher eine gutes Ausziehsofa. Personal gab es keines, jedoch benötigen wir auch keines. Alles gesamt war es okay.

NICE LOCATION, A BIT PRICY

The stay was just okay. Pros: location is excellent, amenities (if working), check-in process was easy Cons: relatively noisy, staffs will enter room whenever they need (this is specified in agreement), amenities (if not working - in our case: safe was left in locked/open position, clothes washer failed to work, all water in unit was cold for 1 of our 2 days), early check-in did not seem to be possible and luggage storage is not adjacent to apartments and requires payment

The apartment was spacious and clean and conveniently located. The cleaning staff was very polite and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book an Aspasios apartment again.

Muy buen espacio para estar en familia! Nos ha quedado perfecto para embarcarnos en el crucero al día siguiente.

The apartment was adequate and comfortable. We were there on a cold night and there was only one extra blanket for three beds, so two of us slept in our winter clothing, which wasn’t very comfortable. We seem to have been double charged for the room, so we will have to try to get our money back. We paid for it through the Expedia app, and then the apartment charged us the full amount for the room plus the local tax, rather than just the tax. We are hoping that we can get that money returned.

Great location and decor! Well equipped unit! Dry took ages so don’t use if you’re there for one night. Very noisy to sleep at night even with all windows closed. Wish they had luggage storage on site.

Only thing I noted was the kitchen board near fridge broken and kept fall out and some bugs under there
