残念ながら　がっかりした部屋でした。ホテルのラウンジなどは素敵ですが。隣の話し声もよく聞こえました。スタッフは　対応してくれましたが　自分で解決しました。

朝食がすごく美味しい

少しだけ中心地から離れてましたが、街自体が小さいのでさほど不便ではありませんでした。 チェックイン時のスタッフの対応もよく、スムーズに手続きが完了しました。 部屋の状態は良く清潔感もあったのですが、最上階の屋根裏の部屋でその構造上のせいなのか、シャワー室（バスタブは無し）が非常に狭く身動きが取れないほどの大きさでかなり使い勝手が悪かったのが唯一のマイナスポイントでした。

コルティナのホテルの相場が、かなり高い中、こちらは良心的価格だと思いました。バスステーションからは、サイクリングロードを通れば、アップダウン無しで、スーツケースも、比較的楽に運べます。最初ホテルに行く時は、それに気付かず、かなりアップダウンの道を通って大変でした。 ビューも良く、素敵なホテルですが、難点を言うなら、レストランのスタッフの中には、英語が分からないのに、適当に返事をする人もいて、テイクアウトの件で、後でとても恥ずかしい思いをしました。分からないなら、分かる人に代わるとかして欲しかったです。受付の人のフレンドリーさも、正直人によって大差があり、ホスピタリティが無い人も居たのは、残念でした。それ以外は、とても良かったですし、コルティナの際には、また泊まりたいです。

駐車が簡単。部屋からの見晴らしがよいし、バルコニーも広く気持ちいい。が、部屋によっては異なる。繁華街に近く徒歩で行ける。 夕食はよい方だとおもいが、レストランスタッフはあまり当方にはていねいな接客ではなかった。何より笑顔や挨拶といったものに寂しさをかんじた。 フロントの女性はぎゃくに

I chose a room with my own bathroom and the bathroom was so nice, rained shower, beautiful little balcony with a lovely view of mountains. Very walkable to the rest of what I needed in town. The staff were so helpful at check in. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great. If there would be access to german channels in the TV, then it would be perfect. It was an enjoyable time there in Cortina and in the Hotel Serena.

Excellent service and great staff. Highly recommend. Great location 5 minute from the action. No air conditioning for those that fear the heat. Nights and evenings more than comfortable

Vi blev taget imod af en super sød receptionist, som var rigtig smilende. Værelset var der ikke en finger at sætte på, virkelig rent og super lækkert badeværelse med rainshower. Morgenmaden haltede lidt efter, og passede ikke til standarden af resten af hotellet. God afstand til midtbyen, vi gik 5-6 minutter og stod i starten af gågaden. Men hvis mine veje går forbi Cortina d’Ampezzo vil jeg klart booke her igen!

We had a lovely stay, wonderful view from the balcony and the staff were very kind, bubbly and accommodating! The only downside I would say is that there was no AC which we would have really appreciated.

Lovely hotel and staff. Comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Nice porch for an afternoon drink. Right next to the bike path, hiking trails and a short walk to the center of town.

The property is good but the receptionist during check in was not that helpful and welcoming to the guests.

Very nice property in a wonderful location. Easy access from car at entrance and from garage, sorry sometimes this is important if you travel with a lot of luggage. Valentino, front desk at night was super helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Would say they delivered exactly what I would expect at this price point.

Ottimo posto per alloggiare in Cortina, a pochi passi dal centro, così da nn usare la macchina, e d’è ottimo visto che parcheggi sono chiusi per lavori (Olimpiadi) Personale giovane e cordiale.. Vista sulle montagne (con le Tofane e la pista olimpia), pulizia ottima, unico neo (ma importante) è che se si alloggia nella dependance non c’è a ascensore! Ci ritornerei? Sì, è ci sono già stato 3/4 volte
