ホテルはとても綺麗です。 残念ながら、部屋に残していた友人へのお土産として持参した10箱のタバコのうち、2箱が無くなっていました。 剥き出しで見えるように置いていた自分が不注意であったのは確かですが、とても残念な気持ちになりました。

ここは典型的なモーテルなので周りには何も在りません。 パーキングスペースが各部屋に有るのは安心 壁が薄く隣の音が気になるのが唯一の難点

Really good and nice place and value for money ! I loved that the car is parked privately right at the door / entrance of the room. It makes it so easy specially when staying just for the night . Double floor room with a lot of space and very clean. Also very welcoming staff .

Voor de deur auto konden parkeren, was erg handig. verder had de kamer veel gebreken. Schimmel, stopcontact los, verlichting wat defect was, airco niet goed werkte, En wat fijn was dat we bij naastgelegen centrum konden zwemmen gratis. Ontbijt was prima wel jammer dat enige koffieapparaat defect was.

I liked everything, except the fact that is far from everything. You definitely need to rent a car in order to move around if you stay in this hotel.

First don't expect anything from staff. The toilet you can see thru and outside you are no taxi or bus close buy Lucky we had a car

Good choice. Near malpensa airport and easy to access. Switzerland. Lake como. Bellagio. And Milan. Rooms are big. Breakfast is good parking easy. And spa is nice. Access. To the pool resort next store. And a great tapas restaurant next store. Mall only a few blocks away. For shopping and groceries. Gym upstairs. Very friendly staff and bar

This is by far the strangest hotel I've ever experienced. It's all concept but no real philosophy or consciousness in the execution. It's located in the middle of an industrial wasteland about 10km away, or a 18 min drive, from the airport. The spa baths and jacuzzi jets were lukewarm at best and shot cold water. The hot cold treatments seemed to only partially be operational. The faux-marble veneer on the reception desk was chipped, revealing cheap plaster. The art was often reproductions and bizarre. The rooms had complex panels of incomprehensible symbols which we could not understand what they were supposed to control. The food in the restaurant came to the table cold and the wait-staff made "are you crazy" faces when it was brought to their attention, although perhaps there were language barriers at play. The advertised shuttle to and from the airport is non-existent. You will have to scheudle and take a taxi. It's as if the owners are aliens from outer-space who have seen Star Trek and assume that is what life on Earth must be like, but do not understand what the humans need or want at all. But to their credit, the mattress at least was firm and not lumpy. It served it's function for a place to crash for an afternoon and overnight before we headed out in the early morning.
