The host and staff were incredibly friendly. The highlight of the hotel was the stunning lake view. Waking up to the serene beauty of the lake each morning was a real treat. Also there is a lovely garden with beautiful flowers, It was such a delight to enjoying tea or wine while soaking in the lake view. Although the hotel is a bit distant from downtown, it's only a 10-minute walk away. And if you prefer, taking an Uber is quite convenient and affordable, costing just NZ$9.

オーナーさんが 離れたところにいて、そこにまずチェックインしに行かなければならず、不便。そして、オーナーも この宿をよく思っていない言い方をしていた。 確かに うらさびれた印刷所か何かの二階で、ぱっと見綺麗でない。お部屋は広いが洗剤の匂いが苦手だった。しばらくしたら慣れたが。 夜中に起きたら、大きなゴキブリがいて、大ショックだった。幸い夫が退治できたが、かなりがっくりした。 悪いことばかり書いたが、実際は住むように過ごせ、のんびりとクイーンズタウン生活を満喫できた。

Great place!

너무 만족합니다 뷰도 멋있고 호스트 분들도 매우 친절하십니다 침실도 깨끗하게 정리되었으며 제공되는 머핀과 우유도 맛있었습니다~~ 시내에서 거리가 조금 있지만 그래서 밤에 보이는 별들도 너무 멋있었습니다 !! 그리고 강아지 벤지도 귀엽습니다 ^^ 덕분에 즐거운 허니문 보냈습니다!! 퀸스타운에 다시 간다면 또 방문할거에요!

I was NOT able to stay here due to health problems and the vertical climb to lodge. The property assured me I would get a refund, because they were able to rent unit that very same day. At this time i have NOT received the credit. Expedia was NOT available to assist with this issue

뷰가 너무예쁜 로지 입니다 경사가심해 주차가 조금어려워요 걸어서 몰에서 올때는 힘드네요 청소후 창문을 열어놓아서 밤에 돌아오면 벌레들이 들어와있어요

Room was wonderful. Loved the daily muffins. It is a steep climb to the property from downtown. Good hike or take a cab back. Very comfy bed. Limited kitchen access but was able to use microwave w owner’s permission.

We had a great stay at Balmoral Lodge. The lodge is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. The property is a little dated but the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed.

Pictures of the views for Thai place didn’t do this place justice. Our views from our windows were gorgeous! The Hostess was very nice and receptive to our needs. Although the house was on a busy street, we didn’t feel like the place was too noisy. Easy walking distance to downtown, bit of a climb coming back from CBD. Highly recommended for extended stays, just make sure you plan for breakfasts.

Beautiful property, close to the city centre however far enough away you’re not in the chaos. Amazing views from the room. The staff and owner were so lovely and their little dog Benji was very welcoming. Would definitely be staying here again when we come back!

Every detail is attended too. Muffins and tea in my room in the morning and snacks and cocktails in living room in the evening. Views were amazing and landlady went above and beyond to be helpful to me. Loved this place. A little piece of serenity.

The place was perfect for my partner and I for 5 nights. The view was perfect and the place was clean and comfortable. We will be back if we ever return to Queenstown again.

Lovely place with exceptional lake and mountain views. Views and rooms are as lovely as the promo photos . Cosy, comfortable, welcoming owner and very helpful staff. Friendly atmosphere.

The Balmoral Lodge was a great spot for our Queenstown stay. Although it was up the hill, it was quite convenient and provided a beautiful view of the lake. Our stay was wonderful and would highly recommend it to visitors. We also really appreciated on-site parking!
