The resort has a lot of potential location and setup wise however, the service and meals need a lot of improvement. The staff was quite inattentive, slow and not always friendly (especially the breakfast staff would only greet western guests with a smile but not locals…). Simple request like asking for a bigger glass to drink out of was not possible. They referred to the smaller glasses. The breakfast is quite minimal and the dining/lunch menu lacks seafood options (one would think that's the most easiest ingredient to get on the island). Also, local Vietnamese dishes have to be preordered a minimum of 4 hours. The roof of the bungalow was broken and rain got through it. The phone didn't work to call receptionist. Also, the door of our bungalow could not be locked.

熱心なスタッフ、たくさんの木々のある美しく快適なリゾート。海の見えるプールがあり、ビーチの隣にはレストランがありますが、大波の時だったのでレストランは閉まっていました。リゾートの食事は美味しいです。

Mình cùng với vợ nghỉ trăng mật ở đây. Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời, chỉ riêng có wifi là hơi kém. Nếu quay lại Phú Quốc, chắc chắn mình sẽ lại chọn Phu Quoc Eco Beach Resort.

View đẹp, nhưng biển có vách đá lởm chởm khó tắm. Nếu biết nhiều vách đá ở biển vậy thì sẽ không ở nơi này.

Điểm trừ: Bãi biển có các vách đá nên khó tắm. Điểm cộng: View đẹp như hình, yên tĩnh

Khu resort tuy hơi xa trung tâm nhưng rất yên tĩnh, đẹp. Nhân viên thân thiện, thức ăn ngon Phòng rộng, sạch sẽ. Khuôn viên nhiều cây xanh , không khí trong lành . Đây là kỳ nghỉ thú vị và nhiều kỷ niệm vui của vợ chồng tôi. Chúng tôi sẽ quay lại đây lần sau khi có dịp về lại Phú Quốc .
