ディズニーランドから近いのが最大の特徴です。角部屋だからなのか、シャワーのお湯が出るのに数分かかりました。

にこやかなスタッフさんが24時間フロントにいます。フロントのフロアに電子レンジがありました。飲み物と軽食の自動販売機もありますが、軽食はほぼ売り切れのままでした。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも無料でしてくれます。 Hotels.comを通してのメッセージでのやり取りがとても迅速で助かりました。 部屋も広く、よくエアコンが効き、湯沸かしポットがありました。 タオルも毎日、使った分は交換してくれました。 駅までは、ショッピングモールの中を通って5分ほどで着きます。駅は出口によってはかなり遠回りで帰らなくてはならないです。 ホテルの目の前の道で子どもたちがキックボードやサッカーで遊んだり、ホテルの側面でボールの壁打ちをしているので、ぶつからないように注意が必要です。

【総合】 駅まで近いし綺麗で、スタッフさんが優しかったです！付近には24時間のドラッグストアやレストラン(ファストフード、カフェ、サブウェイ、グリル、寿司など)がありました。私たちはクリスマスイブとクリスマスに泊まったので、ほとんどの店が閉まっており使えませんでしたが、普段ならとても使いやすいと思います。 【アクセス】 今回はディズニーランドパリの前後に2泊しました。パリ市内からは少し遠いですが、ディズニーランドまで3駅ほどでアクセスが良かったです。駅までは5分ほどです。 【設備】 大人2人でツインルームに泊まりました。部屋は狭かったですが(スーツケースが広げづらい)、綺麗で満足でした。特に水周りが綺麗で、シャワーは問題なく出ましたし排水溝の水流れも良かったです。 【受付、スタッフ】 スタッフの方で日本語が少しできる外国人の方がおり、笑顔で日本語で接して下さいました。交通アクセスの面で分からないことを質問すると丁寧に教えてくれました。受付前にはフルーツや小さなパンが置いてあり、無料で貰えました。 ロビーには自動販売機があり飲み物を調達できました。 ディズニーランドパリに行く時にはぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。

何でも検索する際は旧ホテル名ミスターベットシティで！フロントのお姉さんはとっても感じのいい人！エクスペディアの写真のシャワールームを期待して近くのホテルより1000円高かったこちらにしたのに、全く違う部屋だった。シャワーの水量問題ないが排水がバツ、ずっとだっぱなしだと溢れます。シャワーカーテンの幅が足りずトイレの床まで濡れる。アメニティは石鹸シャンプー、ハンドソープ、タオルのみ。ドライヤーないのでフロント行っ10€と…。 泊まる際はドライヤー持参で！冷蔵庫、ポットもないけど、綺麗に掃除された部屋！パリ市内にもRER1本で行けるけど、眠くなる距離かな。ディズニーランドメインで寝るだけの人にはかなりいい場所かな！

Wi-Fiがロビーでは繋がるけど、部屋の中では繋がらなかったのがとても不便だった。あと、ルームサービスの水などが初めの1〜2日が置かれていなかった。 それ以外はスタッフの接客も良かっただけに残念だった。

【良かった点】 ■チェックインが23時と遅かったのですが、24時間フロントが対応してくれるので、スムーズにチェックインできました。 ■駐車場無料で、目測100台以上は停められます。ショッピングセンタに隣接しているためと思われます。 ■ディズニーランドまで車10分程度と立地は良いです。 ■フロントは英語可。 ■ディズニーランドチケットがホテルで購入可能。 【悪かった点】 ■部屋が狭いです。スーツケースが十分ひろげられません。 ■古いシャワー設備。 ■Wifiのスピードは遅いです。 ■朝食は、3種類のパンと、ハム、チーズ、卵と、あまり種類は無いです。 ■並べられたベッドの高さに違いがあり、段差ができていました。あとベッドも固く、寝にくいです。

駅降りてすぐのところにあり、迷子にならずアクセスしやすい。 ホテルの部屋も広くて快適。なによりもディズニーランドパリに10分くらいで行けるためディズニーランドパリに行きたい方にはオススメ。荷物預かりもしてくれるためチェックアウトしてからディズニーでも心配がない。

ディズニーランドへ近いというのも売りみたいですが あまり近い感じはしませんでした。ちょっと離れています。10kmくらいかな。 でもこのホテルは快適で、歩いていける範囲に食事ができるレストランモール。映画館。買い物の出来るスーパーがあり便利です。 5分歩けばフランスでは有名なカリフールの大型ショッピングセンターもあって凄く便利でした。 車で動けるならパリにも苦にならない距離だし自由自在に演出できる場所です。

Kamers hadden een redelijk formaat. Het kon wat schoner. De parkeerplaats bij het hotel is voor algemeen gebruik. Voelde niet echt veilig. Tot midden in de nacht zijn mensen rondom het hotel aan het hangen

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Bad auch relativ modern. Es wurde aber schlampig gearbeitet und die Duschtür war nicht dicht, so dass das halbe Bad überschwemmt war nach dem Duschen. Auch gab es wenig Halterungen für Handtücher.

Excellent location for the train to Paris (40mins) or Disney (15mins). 5 min walk to the Torcy train station. Based behind a small entertainment complex (few restaurants, a subway, pharmacy, cinema). Emailed re an upgrade a few days before and no response from the hotel. Check in was easy, room was basic but clean, bathroom was nice. No English channels on the (small) tv. WiFi was good, though didn’t use it much. Evenings walking back from the train station at 10-11.30pm were mainly still busy and felt safe enough walking through the entertainment complex (people still milling about, people still in the restaurants) however one night (a Monday) when it was 11.30pm getting off the train it was very quiet and the odd person just wandering about so didn’t seem that safe? Nothing happened, just be wary that the area might be quiet if walking back alone, as I was. Top tip- buy water or soft drinks from the spar just outside the train station before going to Disney - 50c for a water, €1.50 for a bottle of Diet Coke compared with €4-6 at Disney.

Chambre propre et agréable

Chambre moderne d’une taille correct , salle de bain assez grande et récente mais literie pas très confortable et l’environnement autour de l’hôtel ne semble pas très sécurisé . 20 min en voiture des parcs Disney , vu le prix c’est très correct pour une nuit

So this was booked at very last minute and you kind of get what you pay for. It was cheap and it was ok. If the hotel read this, then my biggest gripe was looking out of the window of our room at the glass roof at eyeline with our room and there being thousands and thousands of discarded cigarette butts. To others reading this, I’m sure there are better areas to stay. There was a feeling of probably best to stay in your room after dark rather than venture out.

Extremely clean room, great location for train station - just 3 stops from Disneyland, power sockets by the bed, drinking water tap at reception, approachable staff, great sized bathroom Tiny pillow - asked 2 nights in a row for another one and couldn’t because there wasn’t any left. Air conditioning didn’t work and it was 32 degrees for the duration of our 3 night stay, reported this at reception and they just explained to me how to work it but this didn’t help. Asked for someone to look at it and try to fix but I was given a tiny plug in fan that didn’t help at all. Definitely worth the money it was just unfortunate that there wasn’t small issues that would have made the stay a lot more comfortable.

Gedoe met inchecken (of eigenlijk de dag erna); we waren niet bekend (terwijl alles vooraf betaald was) en als criminelen werden we tegen gehouden. Daarna opgelost maar personeel receptie leek niet echt bekwaam. Hotel wel heel gunstig gelegen voor zowel bezoek Parijs als Disney
