部屋の電球が3か所も切れたまま。 5泊の間に部屋の掃除もシーツやタオルの取り換えもなかった。 台所の手拭きを要求したら、足ふきで我慢してくれだと。 交通、市場など、場所的には非常に便利な所。

職員さんがとても親切だった。 英語が通じるのが良かった。

到着が夜中の１時半だったにもかかわらず、笑顔で迎え入れてくれた上に、わざわざバルセロナの街案内情報まで説明してくれたスタッフに、長旅の疲れが吹き飛びました。 展示会参加のための宿泊でしたが、それと察して展示会場への行き方を資料に用意してくれていました。（時節柄、関係者ばかりなのは確かですが） 部屋は広いとはいえませんが、清潔感があり、地下鉄の駅も近いです。少し歩けばレストランもたくさんあり、美味しいものにも数多く出会えました。 ただ、入口はアパートメントですし、裏路地に面しているので、自力で探そうとしないほうがよいかも。私は、空港からホテルに電話し、タクシーの運転手に道順を説明してもらったため、目の前に下ろしてもらえました。 夜は非常に静かですが、朝早くに目が覚めます。 古い地下鉄が真下を走っていて、静かにしていると遠くから、コトンコトンと振動が伝わるためです。 さらに、小学校が近くにあるので、子供の声も聞こえます。１Fの部屋だったから、余計にわかったのかも。

ホテルのようなフロントはありません。 普通の居住者用アパートの入り口なのでホテルとは見えません。 10個ほど並んだブザーの中からホテルの名前を選んで押すと対応する形式です。 私たちは20：30頃着いたので誰も応答しないので電話で連絡を取りました。 午後2時以降に着く場合はメールまたはＦＡＸで知らせる必要があります。 部屋は清潔で、キッチン、調理用具、食器類など揃っており清潔であり、ベッドルームは別です。 大型スーパーも徒歩５分ぐらいのところにあり、駅からも近く大変便利です。

Lovely apartment well presented clean and spacious with all you would want and in a location surrounded by shops and transport options (buses, trains taxis). Lots of choice when buying food and eating out. Wish we had more time to explore and make more use of the kitchen We had no direct communication with the host. I couldn’t see a reception area. Had to ask online when there was no plug in the bath or sink so couldn’t wash up properly or have a bath and got told that “it isn’t usual” in Barcelona. Surely it is a waste of water to wash up or have a bath without using a plug to fill the basin/bath? Also the shower is placed in a way you need to squeeze past the toilet. A little awkward would be impossible for someone larger or with a disability.

Apartment was excellent, great location clean had a lift which was a bonus, really great time can't wait to go back

La propiedad está bien en general aunque hay algunos detalles que hay que darles mantenimiento como las manijas de las puertas qie se caen, la cortina de la regadera, etc.

Everything was great in this property, only problem is you need to park far away in a different structure. Also room numbers are missing on doors so it makes harder to be sure which is your room. Other than that 👍😊

Absolutely loved the apartment. The location, size, design and layout were all excellent. Also fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is great. The apartments look good inside, unfortunately they are not functional. There is a sewage stench in the bathroom so strong that I had to use my kitchen sink to wash myself. I had to wear a mask to use the toilette. Horrible experience. The code pads on doors are defective for 1 -- it refuses to click. So unless you use your link to swipe, you stay out. I had to get inside through the window. That is because the windows don't latch properly. Finally, it was very cold at night, heat is available in the hallway but never in the rooms.
