夜遅くのチェックイン時は警備員の方がチェックイン事務をしてくれるのですが、大男で少し不安になりますが、通常は親切なフロントスタッフが対応してくれます。 ホテルは築100年ほどたっているそうですが、内装に手を加え非常におしゃれなブリック壁で好印象。 部屋はあまり広くないですが3人でも十分泊まれます。 もともとユースホテルを3年前に改装してHotelにしたとフロントの方に聞きました。 ワルシャワZooの周辺で比較的繁華街（川向こう）に比べると暗くで古い町並みですが（以前は治安が悪いとされていた地区）、朝昼は治安の不安はありません。最近は家賃の安い部屋が多いのでアーティスト関係の方が徐々に増加。 夜はさすがに街灯が少なく、非常に寂しくなりますが、最寄トラム駅を事前にチェックするか？ タクシーで帰れば問題はないと思います。

Ihana huone. Hyvä suihku. Hyvä sänky. Siinä tärkeimmät. Kävin vain pikaisesti nukkumassa ja jatkoin matkaa, siihen tarkoitukseen loistava. Sijainnista en osaa muuta sanoa, kun kaukana rautatieasemasta.

I was here for a week. The best thing for me is the location. Up and coming historic neighborhood with some great restaurants. The hotel is quite nice and I see myself coming back. Funky, clever, industrial motif with personality. Comfortable bed, ac, and a good shower. The restaurant is really good. Parking is safe and convenient. You can hear your neighbors sometimes, but I was there when there were some wedding parties. Not so bad. A few more smiles from the front desk would be nice.

Flot værelse med meget dejlig seng. Rigtig god beliggenhed, der er restauranter og vinbarer tæt på, og man er to minutters gang fra både metro og sporvogn.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, leider zur Strasse, wo Busse fahren. Sonst sehr coole Gegend mit tollen Restaurants, Metro un die Ecke

Trevligt hotell i rustik stil. Inte så stor men fantastisk frukost med lite kul saker att välja på. Stora rymliga rum som var välstädade och hade många fina inredningsdetaljer

Wonderful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet. Location close to the Metro Subway. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and booked it again for our last night.

Rooms were very nice. Dinner and breakfast outstanding. Metro subway very close.

Spacious room, stylish interiors, comfy bed, very friendly staff

Lovely place, woudl definetly come back, amazing room, and bed. Good lightning in the rooms and air quality. Its not next to the city center but right next to the metro, so you get easy acces to the whole city still. Would definetly come back.

The TV kept freezing up and shutting off on its own.. not a big deal but would be nice to have one that didnt do that . Otherwise, great place!

Wonderful and stylish place. The area in general is artsy and hippie, old Warsaw, very nice and leafy street. Reminds me of Chicago.

The room and breakfast were good but unfortunately I had a bad experience overall. 1 - the hotel was hosting a wedding which was loud and audible in my room. I asked at midnight when it would end and they said 3am and there was nothing they could do about the noise keeping me awake. I booked 10 months in advance and I think I should have been warned during that time in advance or allocated a room that wasn’t right above the restaurant. 2 - at 1am, a receptionist came through my locked door with a master key while I was undressed and in bed. This was a serious breach of my privacy and security and I was disturbed and unable to sleep after that. There is no other lock or bolt on the door so I felt unsafe. They should have, at the very least, knocked first before entering straight in. 3 - when I checked in, a receptionist told me I paid for two guests which I thought was an error, but they confirmed and said that two guests would be covered for breakfast. I invited my friend to join me for breakfast the next day, and the staff told me the receptionist made a mistake. They decided not to charge me but they treated me like I tried to sneak someone in. They offered me a bottle of wine to apologise when I checked out. I don’t drink and couldn’t take it on the plane anyway but I appreciated the apology. Mistakes happen and I’m sure others will have better experiences at this hotel, but I think all of these issues could have been solved by better practice as I’ve suggested.
