Lo que más me impactó es la atención del personal súper atentos a lo que necesita uno y muy educados, me encantó la decoración del hotel y la habitación, el único pero es que el baño no estaba suficientemente iluminado estaba un poco obscuro y el agua a veces no salía bien.

Concierge Service is poor

Me hicieron subir dos veces porque al check in no pudieron la correcta cantidad de autorización en mi tarjeta, tuve que pagar el spa directo y Andrea Supervisora de recepción me dio dos veces mal las llaves

Great property - staff is friendly and accommodating. I was a VIP check in and they forgot to bring my complimentary bottle of wine. Once I reminded them it was sent to the room. Also look at the bill at check out - they add a room tip for housekeeping that is not mandatory to pay especially if you have already left one in the room.
