数日前にクスコ到着時の送迎をメールで依頼していたのに手配されておらず、空港からタクシーで向かいました。レセプションで確認しましたが、やはり手配されていませんでした。メールでの遣り取りは一体何だったんでしょう？ 部屋は綺麗でしたが、夜中にトイレに行ったら水が流れず、水道の水も出ませんでした。朝には解消されていましたが、一体なぜ？いろいろと納得いかないことがありました。

No WIFI avaiable in a room. The room is not clean and dark. We won't stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff contacted my airline company regarding my delayed baggage instead of me. Services were nice, such as clean sheets everyday. They stored my luggage during inca treks. I love so cute living room with confortable sofas and coca tea.

Great location close to the city center, made it easy to get around. It’s a hostel so it’s fire for cleanliness and hot water.

Clean room and open 24 hrs. Showers took a long time to get get hot water. No real outside window in rooms. Good enough for its function.

Older dated hostel. They lost my paid hotels.com reservation but still honoured the reservation when I showed them. Close to the plaza.

My son and I were full of bed bug bites. I had only ice cold showers. Location was good but I would never stay here again.

I am surprised the ratings on this place were as high as they were. From our expereince, we thought the room and bathroom were quite dated compared to other hostels. Certainly wasn't the worst place I've stayed, but far from the best of hostels we stayed in.

Arrived súper late and super tired, after a long day of exploring, checkin was smooth, rooms comfy, breakfast good. My only complain, no hot water. But I recommend the place anyways

Excelente costo beneficio. A 5 minutos a pie del mercado san Pedro, ideal para compras. A 10 minutos a pie de la plaza de armas.

Such a lovely place! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. It’s in a perfect location, just a short walk from the San Pedro Center. They even let me stay a bit later after checkout so I could rest before my flight—so kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Muy buen lugar, excelentes los Hostess que me atendieron sin excepción, sin duda si tengo la oportunidad de volver a Cusco me vuelvo a alojar aquí, me ayudaron con los Tours, con cualquier inconveniente que llegue a tener tuvieron siempre un apoyo hacia mí… todo muy bien si acaso el ruido de afuera de la calle en las madrugadas pero obviamente 🙄 ellos de eso no son culpables de ahí todo lo demás excelente servicio

An easy, no frills hostel that made the first part of our time in Cusco enjoyable. The hosts were very nice and while the room was basic, the private room with bathroom was really all we needed.

I travel to Cusco often. I’ve stayed at this place the last 3 times I visited Cusco. Great service, nice place, great value for what you get. Highly recommended.
