I guess it's because it's not that hot usually, but there was no air conditioning in the room. This time it was hot, so I opened the window and turned on the air purifier, and managed to get some rest. However, there was a terrace below the window where you can smoke, and the smoke came in when the window was open. It doesn't make much sense since the room is non-smoking.

Air conditioner did not work in my room. In addition, power sources run out. Staffs were very nice and polite.

プラハに早朝に着くフライトだったため、11時ぐらいに着くことを事前に連絡したら、柔軟に対応してくれました。ホテルからは、メトロ、モール、飲食店も近く不便はありません。唯一残念だったのが三階は繋がりはしますが、ネットの速度が遅いです。

O2アリーナでのコンサート前後に宿泊しました。中心部から離れた住宅地にあります。アリーナやその隣のショッピングモール、地下鉄の駅まで徒歩５分くらい。トラムなどのチケットはレセプションで購入できます（手数料など不要でした）。スタッフは親切で丁寧だし、朝食のビュッフェにはパンやシリアル、チーズなど豊富でおいしかったです。お値段の割に非常に良いホテルだと思いました。

市街地から少し離れた場所にあるが、静かで落ち着くホテルです。 部屋はあまり広くはないが、とても綺麗に整備されており、良いホテルです。 冷房がないため熱い時期の滞在は検討したほうが良いかもしれません。 朝食はとても種類が多く、毎日食べ過ぎてしまいます。 直ぐ近くにビアホールがあり、１０００円以内で十分飲み食いでき、毎日行きました。 ちなみに生ビール（0.5L)１２０円位で飲めます、喫煙は指定場所だけになっています。

仕事でこのホテル付近の会議場に通うのに宿泊しました。旧市街には地下鉄で移動しないといけませんが、地下鉄の駅はすぐ近くにあり、付近に大きなショッピングモールもあります。近くにO2アリーナという（コンサート？）会場があって有名らしいので、ここが目的でO2アリーナ周辺に泊まりたいという人にはうってつけのホテルだと思います。周辺は静かなので、旧市街のホテルでなくても良くて、うるさいのが苦手な人にもおすすめです。ただ、宿泊時は夏でしたが、エアコンは（多分）なく、若干寝苦しいと感じる夜もありました。バイキング形式の朝ごはんがついていて、果物が豊富においてあったので、チェコのお肉主体になりがちな食事を補うのに良かったです。

以前は、買い物するにもトラムかメトロを利用しなければスーパーにも行けないような立地でしたが、今年は、すぐ近くに大きなショッピングセンターがオープンしたので、とても便利になりました。

Grosses Zimmer für 4 Personen, genug Platz; Zimmer sauber; Minibar inklusive, wird aber nicht aufgefüllt. Badezimmer gross genug und sauber. Frühstück sehr gut, Brot, Brötchen, Süsses, Müsli, frisches Gemüse, Kaffeeautomat auch mit heisser Schokolade

Absolutely uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast not replenished, missing eggs, cheap sausages, really terrible coffee. I will definitely not return to this hotel. On the other hand, very well located if you are going to an event in the O2 arena.

The price level doesn't fit the services. Staff was very slow and very confused... not only with our check in. In the room, there was rests from previous visitor, rubbish in the basket and hairs at the toilet. Towels were shreded... Minibar was half empty...

Zimmer war klein. Kaum Platz. Leider auch nicht so sauber wie erwartet. Einchecken war sehr langwierig. Frühstücksauswahl war mau. Ansonsten gut.

Stayed at this hotel a couple of times now. Always a warm welcome and really helpful. Great location for the arena which is just a few minutes walk away.

The staff are exceptionally friendly.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, clean and tidy, staff friendly. Poor quality mattress, I could feel the springs, bathroom had a bath and that was appreciated, smart TV which was a plus, overall a good hotel.

We had to change rooms due to a flea infestation from a previous guest keeping a pet in the room. The hotel staff were very good about the whole thing and moved us to another room. What's interesting is that the rooms are differently equipped, almost randomly. Showers are different, wardrobes are different, electronics, furnishings... It's all quite random.
