Our room smelled of wet dog. our balcany door was broken and never remedied. Elevator was broken. laundry was broken. ice was broken. I can only say yur employees were nice.

Nice location and everything was great.

They surprised us with an upgrade! Room was beautiful. Sheets and bedding were so soft and comfortable, I’d buy them if they were for sale!

We checked in with Vicky who was very nice! Wish we had time to enjoy the pool. Great place to stay! Walkable.

They do not provide house keeping service every day. There is no safe in the room. The staff is very pleasant.

Everyone is so friendly always eager to help. The food was great. Staff is great. Rooms are clean and very nice.

Everything was great and staff was excellent! I was in a bit of a shock to see that there was no free parking. Other than that everything else was good!

Staff was great! They were really helpful! The issue I had was the $40 parking for each day. It was my first time in Austin so it was a bit of a shock that there’s no free parking there. Other than that everything was great !

Conveniently close to the Moody Center. My go-to hotel whenever there is a good concert in Austin.

The property was clean, a few minor maintenance issues that I didn’t report. A lot of construction around the area.

Stayed for a concert at the Moody Center, super convenient! Clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast provided. Parking does come out to $50 per day with taxes.
