12/24に宿泊しました。パリからの道中、運転していた車がパンクしてしまいました。とてもフレンドリーなレセプションのジャン君に相談したところ、クリスマスでどの会社も取り合ってくれない中、何軒も何軒も連絡を取ってくれ、直してくれる技術者を探し出してくれました。その上、寒い中修理が終わるまで一緒に立ち会ってもくれました。また、和食が食べたい、のリクエストにもお店をあるだけ調べてくれ、温かく美味しい夕食にあり着くことが出来ました。 宿泊客の快適な滞在を完璧にサポートしてくれます。 ホテルの部屋はとても広く、綺麗で清潔。 ベッドもとても寝心地が良く、快適でした。

スタッフの皆さんの対応はとても丁寧で親切です。室内含めホテルはとても清潔で設備は良いです。朝食はその都度の手作りで大変おいしくいただきました。 建物は1500年代に建てられた趣のあり素晴らしいです。 次もまた泊まりたいホテルです。

Nancyの街では評判や口コミが一番よいホテルのようなので泊まってみました。16世紀の建物をそのまま使っているとのこと。エレベーターなどはなく、3階の部屋まで螺旋階段を上り下りする感じですが、エレガントで素敵なホテルだと思いました。レセプションの方も基本お二人でまわしている感じでしたが、経験豊富で、フレンドリーで親切な方達でした。建物が古いため、新しいホテルと比べるとハンディはありますが、雰囲気のよいホテルでした。

スタッフがみな親切でマルチタスクで仕事ができる。 お陰で気持ちよく滞在できた。昔のお屋敷が宿泊施設になっており、古いがよく手入れされている。

旧市街にある古い邸宅を改修した７部屋しかない３階建ての趣のあるホテル。スタニスラス広場にも近い便利な立地。朝食がおいしく、ホテルのスタッフもとても親切です。部屋の内装は現代的に改装されていますが、建物自体は昔の面影を残しており、エレベーターがない、部屋の床が傾いている、といったことも含めてフランスの趣を楽しみたい方にお勧めです。

ナンシーの旧市街にある、1500年代の歴史ある邸宅をリノベーションしたプチホテル。エレベーターがないことをのぞけば、すべて良い施設だった。手作りのルームサービスのスープやシュクレｔットも優しい味。エシレバター常備なのもうれしい。

フロントの対応もよく、朝食もとても素敵でした。個室へは歴史を感じさせる螺旋階段で外からそのまま行けるのがとてもよかった。また行きたいなと思わせてくれるホテルです。

Location is perfect! There are good restaurants near hotel and excellent scene. Cost room. Only disappointment is no tea/coffee set at my room.

Hotel was great. staff was excellent. location was great. Only slight negative was that breakfast was too pricey for what it was. I understand that given that it is a small hotel a buffet would be difficult to have. The preparation and delivery was inefficient, quality good. Reception staff was excellent. They personally walked me to and from the parking location upon arrival and at departure. Highly recommend . One of the nicest hotels in our month in France. Suite was large and extremely comfortable.Understand that this is an historical landmark that has be exquisitely restored and run as a high class small boutique hotel. Thank you for our experience

This historic hotel offers a convenient location with easy access to all local attractions. The hotel staff consistently demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly demeanor, and they are readily available to assist with restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements.Aimee and Claudia at the front desk are the highlight of this boutique hotel. They make this place extra welcoming and friendly.

Staff exceptional, great breakfast and able to walk to see everything from the hotel.

Wunderschöner Altbau, herzlich gepflegt durch ein tolles Team, nur wenige Zimmer, daher persönlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolles Haus, schönes Zimmer, perfekt zentrale und ruhige Lage. Parkplatz etwas unpraktisch
