ホテルの従業員が（レストランのスタッフも含めて）親切で気持ちのよい対応であった。木の温もりを感じられる客室は贅沢さこそないものの、アタカマの旅情溢れる町の雰囲気にも溶け込んでおり、印象的なものであると同時に、清潔感もあって満足のいくレベルであった。また、クリスマスイブの夜にクリスマスディナーを予約したが、家庭的な雰囲気の中で思い出に残る時間を過ごすことができた。（尚、ハウスキーパーにチップを残したが、2日とも受け取られなかった。）

There are two sections of the property. One section is the regular room on the same side of the reception. The other section has all the cabins cross the street from the reception. The property is beautiful and unique. Very good location. Close to the center of the town. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Room (the cabin) is pretty good size for two people. You can refill the water from the restaurant. The only thing that bothers me (I am a super light sleeper) is the bird chirping in the early morning. Hotel prepares plugs for each room. I like this property overall, would come back.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Good location. Restaurant is good. Mattress, pillow and door key need upgrade. Overall it's a nice and convenient place.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, no inicio da rua Caracoles. Estacionamento nesta região é um diferencial. Quarto família era muito confortável. Bom café da manhã e nos dias de passeio em que saímos cedo nos dexaram o café preparado para levar. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Gostamos muito da estadia e voltaríamos.

Great stay, clean spacious room, attentive staff and amazing location. Only downside is because of location being so close to bars and restaurants on the main road, it was loud at night. Nothing that some earplugs couldn’t fix (which they provided).

Chambre très bien, bon restau, bon petit déjeuner, tout ce qu’il faut. Petit bémol, la dame de la réception l’après midi est incapable de donner des info sur les visites possibles, n’a ni carte ni info. Dommage, car on ne va pas à San Pedro pour un bon hôtel, mais pour une région extraordinaire. On s’en sort quand même avec quelqu’un de très bon conseil le matin + un bon office du tourisme.

My stay at Hotel Kimal was amazing. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the common areas were always clean and well kept. The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect for walking around town, and the atmosphere in the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Funcionários atenciosos, conforto, roupa de cama e de banho cheirosas e macias, tudo foi maravilhoso. A Sevla da recepção é extremamente atenciosa, perfeita !!

Nossa experiência no hotel foi excelente do início ao fim! A limpeza é impecável — tudo sempre muito bem cuidado e organizado. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem equipados, proporcionando ótimas noites de descanso. A comida é simplesmente maravilhosa! Fizemos quase todas as refeições no próprio hotel e superou as expectativas, tanto pelo sabor quanto pela apresentação. Um destaque especial vai para o atendimento: todos os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos, em especial o Salvador e a brasileira Sevla, prestativos e sempre muito simpáticos. É nítido o cuidado com cada detalhe para que os hóspedes se sintam bem recebidos. Por fim, vale ressaltar a localização, praticamente na rua Caracoles, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui!

Very polite staff. The room has air conditioning and heating. It is possible to order an early breakfast if you are planning a tour at night.
