価格も手頃なので仕方ないかも知れないけど、中庭に面した部屋で夜中までレストランが賑やかで気になりました。レストランの味はよく美味しかったです。 スタッフは親切だしいいのですがゆっくり休むには向いてないかも知れません。

結論は、お値段以上お買い得な良いホテルです。【部屋】 中世風とも近代的とも言い難いですがとても個性的な家具がお洒落でした。この値段としてはかなり好印象。部屋のコーヒーメーカーが壊れてしまいましたが、受付の方が即取り替えてくれたので良かったです。【立地】 カテドラルから徒歩15分くらい離れているので4としましたが、それ程悪くも無いです。目の前にとても特徴的なモニュメントがあるので、むしろそれが魅力的です。【接客】 3人見ましたが、男性2名には町案内等丁寧な接客をして頂きました（一人は神戸に留学経験があるらしく日本語を喋れました）。女性1名は残念ながら喋る機会が無かったのですが、とても明るく可愛らしい人でした。【その他】 屋上の寿司レストランは英語が通じないので注文は苦労します。また、メニューがアジアンなので、折角なのでスペイン料理を食べる機会を重視した方が良いかも知れません。ただ、味は美味しいです。目の前のモニュメントは上から見るより、下から見た方が迫力があります。

The outside of the toilet bowl had visible stains (urine and hair) on arrival. Even after I reported it, the issue wasn’t cleaned for two days. Unhygienic and unacceptable.

Hotel in pieno centro proprio davanti al Parasol. Camere pulite, ben arredate e personale cordiale. Non proprio il massimo il frigobar posizionato per terra e desolatamente vuoto. Personale cordiale. Colazione non al livello di un 4 stelle, da migliorare nella varietà soprattutto dolce.

La habitación limpia y cómoda, buen servicio y personal atento

No es de cuatro estrellas como ponen en su aplicación, no tiene cafetera/tetera en la habitación, como también ponían en su descripción., la terraza descuidada y no habilitada todos los días. La parte buena que compensa lo anterior es el excelente trato de su personal, la limpieza y la localización.

Location

Prime location for the hotel and our room was nice enough. Our check in experience was great, with the colleague giving us loads of recommendations and a map. We asked for an iron one night and a different person on reception said she didn't know where they kept them so couldn't help, which meant we had to wear creased clothes. Enjoyed the rooftop bar, but it was only open for one night of our stay which was a shame.

Such a great location! Walking distance to old town sevilla. So many restaurants around.

Fantastisch locatie, heerlijk hotel, perfecte Airco, in het hart van santa cruz.. Veel. Restaurants en terasjes. Veel ontbijt mogelijkheden ( viel tegen in het hotel).. Dus al met al prima plek en overal dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden. Taxi's bijna voor de deur.. Dus gewoon doen👍

Hotel ligger dejlig centralt, men værelserne er små og fyldt op,hvis man har to kufferter. Morgenmad er fin og varieret.
