よいホテルです。チェックアウト時のアンケートのみ面倒です。周辺は何もありません。

Good hotel to stay for a business usage.

テレビが電波がなくて映像が流れないトラブルがあった。また、当サイトで2泊予約し事前に決済もしませているのに1泊しか予約がないので延長して欲しいと電話があった。また、滞在日数の問題かもしれないが、２日めはWIFIが一時使えなくなり、何度もフロントとやりとりをした。 良い点は、フロントの女性は大変親切でよかった。

We stayed at the hotel for two nights! The first day the service was exceptional in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On the 2nd day for dinner in the restaurant there was not enough staff and the service very poor! We will not stay at the crown plaza next time we will pick another hotel in kochi.

Excellent customer service, great team at reception, in the restaurant and from the door porters. Housekeeping kept the room in amazing condition for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was superb coupled with friendly and attentive staff.

Amazing, fantastic service and amazing hotel with vegan options. The only minor thing was we entered and found the bath math to have a stain on it, but they apologized and got it replaced.
