Booked a room for 1 night, within a couple hours of booking, we had called to change the date for the room to the following day as weather prevented travel. Staff was very rude and unable to work with us to change the date for the room.

Everything was Great. Thanks. Probably will book next year.

There was no heat in our room. Too, over 2 hours to heat it up to a comfortable level.

Only issue was trying to get in touch with the motel through the published phone number. No response most of day. Office hours indicated 9am-10pm. Showed up, mobile number on office door directed us to drop box. The self check in was fine, but not knowing how to check-in was stressful. Only other note is heating if VERY noisy, unit 1. Thx

The office was closed at 5 pm, took me 15 minutes of calking to get in touch with someone. The y left six keys in the same drop box for anyone, allowing anyone to access the keys/rooms. Very insecure, unsafe, and unprofessional.

No staff on site. Large room. Good WiFi.

Dated but clean, large room / great value

Very nice room. Accommodating front staff. We booked as a last minute emergency very late into the night after their regular hours. Would go back again.
