Very good

It was a very comfortable stay. There are several supermarkets within a five-minute walk, and there are good restaurants and cafes nearby with a good atmosphere. It is a bit away from the crowds on Las Ramblas, so it was quiet at night. The person at reception was warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. The rooms and linen were clean and pleasant to stay in. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Spain!

スタッフはとても親切で、周辺のアクセスもいいのでおすすめです。施設も十分でした。すぐ近くに24時間営業のスーパーマーケットもあります。

受付の方が明るく気持ちよかった。 部屋も非常にシンプルで使いやすかったです トイレも3カ所あり、快適でした。

最近多いアパートメントタイプです。ホテル名がそのまま番地のようになっているので、タクシーに乗ってもホテル名だけ見せれば簡単にたどり着けます。他のアパートでも困っている人を見ましたが、受付が９時には終わってしまうので、到着が遅れたり夜到着の場合は事前に相談するか連絡先を確認しておかないと入れなくなります。私の場合はアパートから予約時にメールで到着便の確認があったので返信で非常時の連絡番号を聞きました。受付スタッフはどの方もフレンドリーでとても印象が良かったです。部屋はきれいで広く、設備もやはりきれいで一通り揃っているので宿泊日数が多くても安心です。お風呂は浴槽付きで観光歩きの好きな日本人には助かります。難点としては日常のゴミの回収が無いことと、シングルベッドの幅が細く、体の大きい私には寝返りも厳しかったことです。周辺には何件もスーパーや個人商店があり、買い出しにはまったく不自由しません。グラシア通りまでは歩いてすぐで、カサバトリョと同じ通りなので観光にとても便利な立地です。全体としては満足できる宿泊で、大人数や家族であればホテルよりも断然お勧めです。

部屋は3ベットルームにUG？されており、使い切れないほどの大きさでした。サグラダファミリアやメイン通りからも近く、近くにスーパーもあって便利です。地下鉄の駅も1ブロックでした。 レストランもホテル周辺にあり、食事も特に困りませんでした。

Great location and stay. Hotel managers were responsive and did little things like let us borrow umbrellas. Close to shopping and restaurants - would definitely recommend.

Second time staying at this location and loved it just as much as our first stay. I cannot recommend this enough. Hope to be back again soon!

Clean and quiet, while close to everywhere. Walkable to everywhere in downtown.

Apartment is very spacious, lots of room for 4-6 people, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. You could not hear anything from the living room to the bedrooms that where at the other end of the flat. I think that the walls need to be painted, some of the furnitures are chipped and old. In overall the apartment does look a lot nicer in pictures. It also should be cleaned properly. 15 min walk to the center of the city. However, a positive stay in overall.

It was great to have a reasonable 3 bedroom option for my family’s trip.

Great location in a well maintained building. Enjoyed having space for our family to spread out in between exploring Barcelona's sites and other nearby towns. It was very convenient to have a little cafe right across the street (for coffee and pastries), a small market on the corner (for snacks and drinks), and a lot of great restaurants and parks nearby. We would definitely recommend staying here.
