ちょっと古い感じですが、それがいい感じのホテルです。道路側は湖が一望できて素晴らしい立地です。スタッフの対応もとても丁寧です。　タクシーも予約したらピッタリ時間通りに来ました。

家内と二人で２泊。　家族経営のようでオーナーのおじさんが親切に対応してくれます。　街にも徒歩圏内で駐車場もゆったり。　シャワールームの使い勝手が悪い意外はたいへん良い宿でした。

ストレーザ繁華街から少し離れた場所にあるこじんまりとしたホテルです。ホテルを探しているときの口コミ蘭に「経営者の男性は大変に親切で、いつもにこやかに接してくる」とあったので即決しましたが、その通りの方でした。朝食もこのクラスのホテルとしては十分なクオリティーですし、経営者の男性が毎朝大変丁寧に準備をしてくれます。建物は年代を感じますが、部屋のバルコニーから眺めるマジョーレ湖は素晴らしく、ヨーロッパの古いペンションという感じで趣きがあると思えば納得できます。ただし、コンセントが半分壊れていて携帯の充電には多少苦労しました。バスルームは小さなシャワーだけですが、ヨーロッパでは良くあるので許容範囲内でしょう。

陽気なおじさんでした。というか最後までおじさんしか見ておりません。 こじんまりしたお部屋。清掃はきれいにされております。35(エレベーターで２？でした)の部屋でしたが、バルコニーがなかったのが残念です。９月後半だったのもあり、朝晩は冷え込みます。電源がテーブルの下に集中してあったのが非常に不便でした。冷蔵庫も冷えました。 wi-fiは最初認識するまでに時間がかかりました。パスワードは口頭でおしえてもらいましたが。笑えました。 朝食は7:30〜10:00。7:22発のトリノ行き電車に乗車するため食べれませんでした。事前に早朝出発とは伝えてなかったため、食べないのかい？と残念そうでした。 近所にある唯一のスーパーは、カルフールです。思ったより広かったです。船着場から繁華街の坂を登っていくかんじの所にありました。 バスタブがありました。かわっております。座れるように段差がついております。初めてのタイプでした。 陽気なおじさんが一人できりもりしております。入り口には犬もいました。あとガチョウ？庭が広く、窓から小さく湖畔がみえました。一応湖畔沿い？

素晴らしいご主人の愛情が、感じられる最高のプチホテル。 焼きたての朝ご飯のパンの美味しさ！ 緑豊かなお庭。 大切な友人宅に招かれた様な、 素敵な気持ちになれます。 マッジョーレ湖畔の道から、少し入った、 駅からも歩いて直ぐ、 アクセスも良いですよ。

このホテルは少し街の中心からは離れていますが、フェリーの乗り場やロープウェイの乗り場には近いです。家族的なサービスと犬や猫や鳥たちが出迎えてくれます。朝食も美味しいかったです。是非また行きたいホテルです。絶対おすすめです。

The room was very old fashioned , no facility for making coffee or tea in the room, extremely small trash can in bath room , and the only one. Very small tv screen. Staff not so attentive

Ein tolles Hotel mit schönem Blick auf den See und direkt in Stresa. Das Personal und die Einrichtung sind total süß und familiär. Hier und da konnte das Hotel ein paar Verschönerungen vertragen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind perfekt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Beautiful place with great views on the Lake. Very clean rooms and excellent breakfast.

Lovely 4 day stay. We stayed in a lake view dual aspect room that was recently decorated and had an extremely comfortable, large bed. Great shower in a newly refurbished bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was efficient. Good choice of fresh food at breakfast. Approximately a 15 minute walk to the main part of Stresa where the ferry port is situated. The view from our room was beautiful and we would stay again.

Das Zimmer war in einem anderen Gebäude. Gross aber es stank nach Schimmel. Das Personal war höflich aber nicht Gastfreundlich. Zum Frühstück gab es das notwendigste, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und man hat gute Parkmöglichkeit. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
