立地は良かったが、予約した部屋とは違う部屋を案内されたりエクササイズの特典を認識してなかった。

メディナ内のリヤドでフナ広場までも歩いて10分くらいです。 マラケシュ名物も夕食にそろっていますしホスピタリティも極めて高かったです。 お湯のタンクがあまり大きくなくバスタブに水を貯めるとお湯がなくなっちゃうのとエアコンが故障していて暖房がつかえませんでした。 それ以外は全て良かったです。

We booked senior sweet which is suppose to include bathtub in accordance with Expedia site, but it didn’t. As the result we changed lower garage of room(junior sweet), but we were charged same fee as the senior sweet. They should have provide correct information to Expedia, we are not happy to be charged same fee as senior sweet regardless of their wrong information which affect our selection of the grade of room at the timing of booking.

フナまで歩いて5分くらい。立地は最高です。ホテルのスタッフも親切です。朝食がジャムとパンが中心でシンプル…朝たくさん食べたい私には物足りなかったです。

リヤドはとても綺麗にされていて清潔。日中は明るい雰囲気が漂っていました。 結構朝早くに着きましたが、ミントティで優しくお迎えしてもらいました。 お部屋も清潔で、モダンな内装でとても素敵でした。ただ部屋に関していうと、給湯量に限りがあるようでシャワーを二人続けて存分に浴びることができなかったのが大変でした。 早朝の観光出発時には、時間外なのに私たちの出発に間に合うよう朝食を早く提供してくれるなどの対応は嬉しかったです。ヨーグルトが美味しかった！スタッフの方の人数は多かったですが、どの方も親しみのある方でした。ただ、ジョークが過ぎて本当なのかジョークなのか、わからないことがありました（笑） 立地はわかりにくいところではなく大通りにも近いですが、路地の奥にあるので安全とは言えないかもという印象を受けました。私たちが滞在した時は、夜中リヤドの目の前で若い男の子たちがずっとたむろしていました。（特に何かをされたわけでもありませんが）リヤドはメインの建物と細い道を挟んでもう一軒があり、私たちが宿泊したのはメインではない方だったのでメインの方で夜ご飯を食べたあとや何かをフロントに聞きに行ったあとに部屋に戻るには男の子たちがたむろしている中を通るので少し緊張しました。

Blown away by the service and beauty of the riad! Perfect location, centrally located and very wuiet

Staff was wonderful and the property was well maintained and clean.

The place is nice and in an ok location. They have done well with trying to make it resort like but it’s not a resort. The beds are terrible like sleeping on plywood and the pillows are just as bad. The place is very noisy, you can hear normal conversations through the wall and the alley way out front is extremely noisy.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. Everything was beyond our expectations – from the warm and welcoming staff to the beautiful facilities and overall atmosphere. J’ai séjourné 5 nuits dans ce Riad et ce fut un superbe séjour ! Si je retourne à Marrakech, je n’hésiterai pas une seconde à y revenir. L’accueil est exceptionnel et le personnel fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible, serviable et de bon conseil. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir prendre nos déjeuners sur place, recevoir de précieuses recommandations sur les activités à faire, et profiter de la piscine du rooftop, un véritable havre de paix avec un cadre magnifique.
