立地は良かったが、予約した部屋とは違う部屋を案内されたりエクササイズの特典を認識してなかった。

メディナ内のリヤドでフナ広場までも歩いて10分くらいです。 マラケシュ名物も夕食にそろっていますしホスピタリティも極めて高かったです。 お湯のタンクがあまり大きくなくバスタブに水を貯めるとお湯がなくなっちゃうのとエアコンが故障していて暖房がつかえませんでした。 それ以外は全て良かったです。

We booked senior sweet which is suppose to include bathtub in accordance with Expedia site, but it didn’t. As the result we changed lower garage of room(junior sweet), but we were charged same fee as the senior sweet. They should have provide correct information to Expedia, we are not happy to be charged same fee as senior sweet regardless of their wrong information which affect our selection of the grade of room at the timing of booking.

フナまで歩いて5分くらい。立地は最高です。ホテルのスタッフも親切です。朝食がジャムとパンが中心でシンプル…朝たくさん食べたい私には物足りなかったです。

Nous avions une très belle chambre au Rez de chaussée. Le personnel a été au petit soin pour nous. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un bon thé et une visite de l'hôtel

Great hotel in a great location if you don’t want to be a 15 minutes cab ride away from the central hub. What is not conveyed is that all the hotels in the region are NOT accessible by taxi’s. If it’s your 1st time in this region you will dropped off where there are guys with trollies who want to charge you kings random to take your luggage to the hotel, which is. 5 minute cobbled narrow streets away. If you use them barter them down. We got away with 5 euros. On leaving, the hotel will book you a cab, but again you need to walk to the circle where the other cabs park up. This area is not for anyone who is not good on their feet, or not fit enough to climb up all the stairs at the hotel. The hotel also runs its own cookery class, which is highly recommended. Book it with them. Several of the excursions, especially YSL do book well before you travel. Would I go back? Yes…

Lieu paisible, personnel à l’écoute des clients et flexible , accueil chaleureux chambre très jolie et propre. Belle terrasse sur les toits avec piscine. Possibilité de manger sur place. Au cœur de la Medina à proximité des souks et de la place. rapport qualité excellent nous recommandons fortement cet endroit.

Habitación espectacular, Riad espectacular, personal espectacular, etc. Me faltarían adjetivos para valorar positivamente a este Riad. Personal súper profesional y serviciales desde el primero al último. Experiencia inolvidable.

This property is little off of the main street, we have a difficulty to find it on the first day, it is a little far from the main street of the Medina. The location is good and walkable to everywhere.

The room was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I have visited Marrakech several times previously and this stay was far the best the most enjoyable! All the best Marcello.

Vid denna vistelse fick vi ett annat rum. Sängen var mycket bättre. Proppen till avloppet i duschen gick inte att ta upp så det svämmade över vatten. Aircondition fungerade inte första natten så vi kunde inte sova i den värmen. All personal var fantastiskt vänliga, trevliga och hjälpsamma. Tyvärr fungerade inte Internet på detta rummet heller. Men det är ett mycket mysigt och trevligt boende, men de har några saker att förbättra för att kunna få högsta betyg. Att de får så högt som 4:a är just att det är mysigt med fantastisk personal.

It was a very nice stay for two people. everyone was helpful.. Little pricey.

När vi landade skulle Hotellets personal stå utanför med skylt, med Hotellets namn, för transport, vilket vi hade beställt och fått bekräftat. Ingen var där så det tog oss en timme för att få hjälp av andra människor att lösa transporten. Ingen bra start. Personalen på Hotellet är mycket trevliga och ger en god service. Enligt bokningen var vi berättigade till en gratis flaska vin som VIP kund. Men det fick vi inte Sängen är alldeles för hård så jag får ont i ryggen. Internet på rummet fungerar inte. För att vara 5 star Hotell blir man förvånad. I övrigt är det ett trevligt Hotell i Marokansk stil med fantastisk bra personal och bra mat i restaurangen.

Es gibt kein Buffet. Stattdessen wird einem Brot, Butter, verschiedene Brotausfstriche, Früchte, O-Saft und Tee oder Kaffee serviert. Tiptop. Ich hätte mir noch etwas Käse gewünscht.

Beautiful property can be a little hard to find. The grounds were amazing and the rooms and pool were beautiful. We were a little disappointed because we had been traveling all day and the hotel restaurant while it had vegan options on the menu they didn’t have any meals so we had to go out. Other than that great service and a beautiful place to stay. I’d stay there if we went back to Marrakech
