Front desk staff / reservations are very accommodating, especially ms aska. would definitely recommend deep forest to our guests and family

We had the most pleasant stay. The staffs are nice and very accommodating with our requests. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. Room was so spacious. The ambiance was so relaxing. I highly recommend this place 👍👍👍

This is a great place for families and couples. The best pool and cool personnel. Location is far from the city. But be ready with your wallets as the food is very expensive but tastes good. But the cool thing is you can call Jollibee and chowking for delivery if you want a cheaper choice 😍

Surprisingly very big & classy rooms, free wifi but weak connection, free use of pool, overall we enjoyed our 1 night stay (coming from El Nido). Thank you!

The place was good.. the pool with bar is nice.. the staff are nice and friendly.. but the food in restaurant is too expensive plus too many mosquitoes.. and the shower in our room the we assigned was terrible not enough water coming out.. 😁 plus the wifi was weak inside our room so we need to go outside to connect 😁 Room 30

True to it’s name if you want a peaceful stay or you simple love nature. There are lots of restaurant outside which is why we didn’t try the food served at the hotel

Great place to stay. They have very accommodating staffs. The place is a bit far from the town proper but overall, it's great.

We stayed here for a night prior to our Underground River tour. The hotel has an artsy feel, wood carvings, statues, etc. The room is also very clean and spacious. The bathroom too. In the swimming pool is a pool bar, though we haven't really tried it since we were travelling with a kid. There's also an in-house restaurant, which is a bit pricey. They also do room service if you're too tired to get out. As for the location, it is very near the airport and pasalubong center. There's a motorcycle too if you want to explore the city on your own, and they can lend a city map to guide you.

It was okay. A bit pricey food. I was expecting like a pool side accomodation like what I see on the add but the room given to me is on the far side.
