部屋は広くてくつろげました。入浴はシャワーだけでしたが、仕切りのガラス戸の幅も十分で、、よく海外で経験する「外まで床がびちゃびちゃになる」不快さもありませんでした。チェックアウトが午前4時半でしたが、リムジンの確認などきちんと対応してもらいました。

Check in was great!! Very busy day at hotel since there was a concert there that night. They made check in as quick as possible and the valet was as well. We got to the room and it was a different story. A bottle cap was on the floor in the bathroom, some random hairs on the bathroom floor and then empty bottles under the bed. Yes we were all a little grossed out but with on a very limited time frame for a scheduled event finding another hotel wasn’t an option. I also opened the closet to find the stand for my suitcase and the closet door almost fell off the hinges, I caught it very quickly and lifted to close it securely. I also walked though the room with wet feet due to forgetting some and stepped back into the bathroom floor leaving dirty foot prints right behind me……good lord clean the carpets!!!

Trip was to see a concert at a nearby venue. Complimentary shuttle buses were available. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Was amazing as quiet, beds were comfortable and location was a walk away from places to eat.

They gave us an ADA, even though we did not request it. It would not have been a problem, but the shower was difficult to use, and water went all over the bathroom floor. This hotel is showing signs of wear and tear, and was very noisy.

I was only there for one night but it great. The staff was so helpful.

The carpet is atrocious! It gives Westin a bad name. I was embarrassed for them!

Coming off a 5 day trip didn’t want to deal with traffic, needed a quiet meal & great night’s sleep. Best decision I’ve made in months. Absolutely amazing property exceeding my expectations!

We stayed at this hotel for a conference at the convention hall. This hotel is dated and is in need of upgrades. Wallpaper ripped on walls. Carpet ripped. Hotel resteraunt closed down so breakfast was limited. Sheraton next door was nicer and had better coffee shop and bar.

Very convenient access to everything. Nice place. However the staff dropped the ball a few times on some significant things that caused inconveniences. But they were all very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Room size was reasonable and clean, but a bit worn. Staff were friendly. Onsite bar/restaurant and coffee shop were out of menu items. Left for the day at 7am and housekeeping was just beginning on our floor when we returned at 4:45.

Highly recommend the Westin! Easy access to the interstates, from the airport and great restaurants in walking distance! Rooms very comfortable especially the beds & pillows!

The bathroom was not very clean. We could hear other guests talking all night above us. So noisy.

Excellent location for attending a show at the BJCC.

It was easy to access from the interstate and staff was helpful. The restaurant bar and coffee stations were nice. The bathroom sink didn't drain well. The stopper for the sink was not connected. I hadn't noticed in the description that it was a room that connected to the another room. They kept jiggline the door and were loud going out as their door slammed. I will be careful not to let that happen again. Nice visit overall!
