駅から少し歩くが、近くに大きなスーパーがあり便利。昔はMOTELであった様子。道路脇の看板は夜間照明でMのみ当たっていなかった。ホテルの本体はホテルと表示。新館のホテルは広くてきれい。防水シーツが残念。Wi-Fiは自分のアドレスやパスワードなどを登録し、データに利用されるのを了承必要。結局、Wi-Fiは利用しなかった。食事はOK。中国語（簡略字）が案内などにあった。

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and informative. The place was clean. It was in a great location.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Verkehrstraße und man wird schon von einer verdreckten Baustelle, wahrscheinlich aufgrund von Baufähigkeit begrüßt. Inne ist es nicht viel besser. Man kann sich dem Gefühl nicht erwehren, dass nach einem Erdbeben etwas Flickschusterei betrieben wurde. Abgefallene Steckdosen, defekte Betten und undichte Fenster inkl. verdrecktem Balkon runden das Bild ab. Wenn die Zimmer über einen die Spülung betätigten, hatte man Sorge, dass das Wasser gleich im Zimmer ankommt. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich, unterließ aber den Hinweis, dass der 400m entfernte Parkplatz auch noch Geld kostet. Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse okay, aber keine Offenbarung. In Summe wir kommen nicht wieder. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht im entfernten der Wahrheit.

Ideally positioned literally opposite the entry to the excavations, no lift, but room clean and comfy.

Hôtel propre en face du site. Grande chambre , la salle de bain est un peu vielle et avec traces de moisissures. Déjeuner buffet avec choix de charcuterie, fromage , yogurt ….. Bon emplacement pour partir en train à Naples quand on y arrive en auto.

Lovely rooms and staff

The B&Bhotel had parking at about a 6 minute walk. I installation where pleasant and rather comfortable. The train station, with regular connections to Napoli, Pompei y the Vesuvius is at about 12 mintues walking. Much better than by car, the traffic is horrendous.

The hotel is very basic, the pictures on the site are slightly misleading. The rooms are very small with dated amenities. The balconies are so close to the others you felt like there was no privacy at all. And it felt very uncomfortable knowing someone could just step over and be next to your room door. Towels were old and shower just about passable. Our bathroom had an awful smell from outdated pipes too. The area is heavily policed and there is only a couple of “safe” places to eat or drink so I wouldn’t recommend and definitely wouldn’t stay here again. The door to reception is locked and you have to buzz to go in, that should’ve been my first clue of the area! It’s incredibly noisy too, lots of shouting and vehicles reversing all through the night etc The staff were however great and couldn’t do enough.

Clean, attentive and helpful

Very handy spot for a visit to Herculaneum. Room was quite large. Bathroom was fine. Breakfast was basic but OK. Nice terrace area to sit outside. There are some basic restaurants nearby as well as a lovely place selling wine. We got a taxi from Naples Airport which cost 65 Euros (a bit of a rip off). The hotel is located next door to Herculaneum.

Great place to stay

Well situated

Oud hotel, gedateerde kamers, wel schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Dakterras een pluspunt, maar parkeren een ramp. Omgeving saai en rumoerig. Ben je snel tevreden " gewoon boeken, wil je meer dan elders zoeken.

L hôtel est propre, le personnel est très sympathique. La terrasse couverte est très agréable.

Hotel Herculaneum was a perfect resting place for us. Very close to the archaeological site of Herculaneum meant we could easily visit and return to relax in the hotel. The room was clean, decorated to a high, modern standard with every amenity you could ask for. We were upgraded on rooms when we arrived, which meant we had a balcony overlooking Herculaneum too. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the staff were both helpful and polite.
