駅から少し歩くが、近くに大きなスーパーがあり便利。昔はMOTELであった様子。道路脇の看板は夜間照明でMのみ当たっていなかった。ホテルの本体はホテルと表示。新館のホテルは広くてきれい。防水シーツが残念。Wi-Fiは自分のアドレスやパスワードなどを登録し、データに利用されるのを了承必要。結局、Wi-Fiは利用しなかった。食事はOK。中国語（簡略字）が案内などにあった。

Bra läge precis intill ruinerna. Väldigt svårt att lasta av bagage på hårt trafikerad gata men sedan bra parkering några hundra meter bort.

Very nicely located. The staff is really great. The hotel in it self is beautiful with the terras and all. Rooms are clean but they could use some changing of some fournitures and towels.

Fantastic little hotel, great for travel links to Naples and the Almalfi coast. Staff were very welcoming and eager to please and help in anything.

Best location, really friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was a plus.

Italienisch, für deutsche Verhältnisse etwas zu wenig

Frühstücksbuffet leider etwas lieblos und schlechter Service. Kaffee musste man immer selber nachfragen und bestellen. Zimmer zu klein und zu lärmig. Klimaanlagen draussen machten ständig unangenehme Geräusche. Reception nicht gerade freundlich und zu wenig aufmerksam. In diesem Hotel werden wir ganz sicher ni3 mehr reservieren.

Til prisen ok. Lidt noget skrammel, men rigtig god beliggenhed ved Heraculaeum. Fin parking. God service i receptionen. Morgenmad ikke noget at skrive om, og det tog noget tid for at få en enkelt kop kaffe.

Petit déjeuner très sympa. Mais c'est le même chaques jours.

Pænt og rent værelse, gardiner var en udfordring, men de blev ordnet. Dejligt med et lille barkøleskab

Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. The archaeological sits was just across the road from the hotel so accessing it was easy. Staff were very knowledgeable and proved many useful tips and information. Also responded quickly to any issues we raised.

Ho soggiornato con piacere all'Hotel Herculaneum, accolta con professionalità e cortesia. Location centrale, ottima per visitare i celebri scavi. Nei pressi tanti ristoranti per tutte le tasche, nonchè il tipico mercato vintage. Hotel raggiungibile facilmente a piedi dalla stazione di Ercolano.

Very convenient to the ruins (across the street), but parking was impossible to find and we lost our opportunity to see Herculaneum because of this. We also had to change rooms because of a noxious smell coming from the bathroom. Felt a bit pricey given the size of the room and the condition of the property. It is faulty advertising.

Staff are helpful if you ask. Wi-fi was reliable. Ask hotel for their good, reliable and safe taxi service for airport and train transfers.

Ja rummet var bra, men trapporna var lite jobbigt ,det fanns hiss men bara för bagaget. Annars trevlig personal.
