ちょっと早く昼頃に着いてしまったが、鍵をくれた。 建物入り口にロックがかかっているので チェックイン時　インターフォンで開けてもらう必要があります。 英語は、通じました。 （フロントは、建物奥にあり 黙っていると到着に気づいてもらえません。） 部屋は、２LDKで広々してます。（３名で泊まる仕様の部屋でした。）また キッチンもある程度の調理は出来そうです。　洗濯機もあります。 カウチのあるベランダからサグラダファミリアの側面が見えました。 ３泊したが、ハウスキーパーは、一度も入らず。 以下　良くなかった点 シャワーのお湯がすぐ水になる。　これは、頂けない。 駐車場が、かなり狭く 2日目の朝 他の客の車の停め方が酷く 出れなくなった。　結果 仕事のアポイントに30分近く遅れた。 チェックアウトは、鍵を置いて出ていくシステムなので 朝 フロントは、閉まっており誰もいませんが、ハウスキーパーのお姉さんが、頑張ってくれ車の持ち主を探してくれた。（スペイン語オンリー） さらに３日目の朝 今度は、駐車場のゲートが開かない不運に見舞われた。　また　前日のお姉さんに助けてもらいなんとか出れた。 この日も結局　仕事のアポにちょっと遅れた。　 ここの駐車場は、なかなかスパイシーな感じなので 運転が下手な方は、使わない方が良いかもしれない。 良くないと思ったのは、この２点だけ。 特に シャワーのお湯だけ なんとかしてほしい。　 勿体無い。

This apartment facility was very clean. 1 bed room and 1 dining are available. Kitchen was not so wide, but it was enough for us. Refrigerator was available, it had wide space compared with normal hotel. Shower room was clean. Initial information was (4) single beds, but actually, (2) single beds and (2) sofa beds. Wi-Fi connection was good, not inconvenience. Unfortunately, we did not receive any service from office; change the towols, etc. But normally it was available. This place was good for foreigner, it was easy to find 24H supermarket, normal supermarket on the opposite road side, some restaurants were available and mobile shop was also available, easy to get Prepaid SIM card. Near by metro station L1 "Marina", only 10 minutes walk, and easy to go to beach by 20 minutes walking. From balcony, we could see famous church, it was so nice. So, this place was good for foreigner, I believe. 小学生の子供2人と大人2人で6泊、宿泊しました。 ベッドルーム1室、ダイニングキッチン1室にトイレ・シャワールームで構成されていました。 設備自体は清潔で、キッチンも小さいものの、AIコンロ、食器類も揃っており、冷蔵庫も小さめとはいえ、冷凍庫付き2ドアタイプのものが入っていました。 当初予約時は「シングルベッド4台」となっていましたが、実際にはシングルベッド2台にソファーベッド2台となっていました。 Wi-Fi接続についてはスムースで、速度についても問題ないものでした。 立地条件としては、近傍に24時間営業のスーパーマーケットがあり、道路を挟んだ向かい側に通常の大き目のスーパーマーケットもあるため、食料・飲料水調達には問題のない環境でした。 また、近傍にスペイン料理店、中華料理店が存在し、外での食事についても問題のない環境だと思います。 徒歩10分ほどで地下鉄L1のMarina駅まで行くことができ、徒歩20分で海辺まで出ることができます。夜でも特に危険な地域ではないと感じました。 宿泊した部屋のバルコニーからはサグラダ・ファミリア教会を遠くに見ることができました。 また、前述のように地下鉄L1のMarina駅が徒歩範囲内のため、市内中心部へのアクセスも良いと思います。

オリンピックの選手村だったのかな⁉️レストラン パン屋さん24時間営業のスーパーマーケットがあります。生活しやすいです。アパートは、自分で掃除洗濯をしなければならないですよ〜楽しい体験ができます。

The property overall was great. The property has security cameras and a security system. We stayed on the first floor and at night it was a bit noisy due to the elevator being right next to the room. That didn't bother us but I can see how that might be an issue for some. Because we came in January, it was cold in Barcelona and the property had no heating. It got quite cold in the property but as long as you have warm clothes, you should be fine. The shower has hot water but it does run out quite quickly so we had to take fast showers. The mattresses were very hard and stiff. It was not comfortable at all. The pillows were very thin and flat. We stayed there for 3 nights and every morning we woke up with our backs hurting. Our kids had a hard time too. Besides that, the staff was extremely friendly and we felt very safe in the property. The Japanese restaurant “Nami” was a few stores down and it was really good food! The Sagrada Familia, the beach, and the Barcelona Cathedral were all within walking distance between 10-30 minutes. We didn't utilize public transport all that much so I’m unable to comment on that. We walked everywhere and I felt like this location was a good location!

Check in was a nightmare, unable to check in despite numerous calls. The emailed check in codes were all incorrect for the door and lockbox. I was even there during office hours and they told me since room was not ready to come back later after my tour was done and that the key will be awaiting me in the lockbox. I came back and code was incorrect. Made 5 calls over several hours at night and still no help only on hold. Finally got it to work after midnight already.

Apartamento confortavel e central, tem tudo perto supermercado, farmacia e transportes. Faltam algumas coisas no apartamento principalmente caixa de primeiros socorros recepcao fecha a noite e fim semana e nao atendem o telefone No geral é Bom para alguns dias e tem todas as facilidades minimas.

Lokal położony blisko plaży, La Sagrada Familia oraz blisko dworca Estacio Del Nord Barcelona... Czysto, wygodnie i w pełni wyposażona kuchnia - to kolejne plusy...

Location was good, the apartment that we staid was on the first floor and you could hear every one coming in and out, the air conditioning didn’t work, washing machine leaked and the toilet as well .

Great place for a short stay in Barcelona! Location is perfect for all attractions, close to the beach. Better value and comfort than hotels in the area.Would 100% recommend.
