スタッフは、みんなフレンドリー。朝食もとても美味しい。

ホテルのスタッフ全員に感謝してます。ブエノスアイレスに来たらまたここに滞在したいです。

フレンドリーなスタッフで大変快適に過ごせました。朝食が美味しい。大きな道路に面しているお部屋は少し夜うるさいです。

フロントの方が親切でとても好印象。早朝の出発に合わせ、空港までのタクシー手配も完璧でした。ただ、テラスに設置されたジャグジーは寒くて使う気になれなかったのが残念。

Hotel limpo, confortável, boa localização, chuveiro ótimo, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Ofertaram algumas facilidades e mimos. Adoramos.

This hotel is comfortable and friendly. Conveniently, there are all meals available with a lovely restaurant and a beautiful garden patio to sit outside. It's also located so you can walk in all directions to tourist sites, shopping, and eateries. I didn't have the right electrical converter and asked the front desk if they had one. They tried but could not find one. They did suggest a nearby shop where I could buy one. The shop would be closed at that time, so I sat down for a glass of wine at the bar. Talking to the bartender, I said I needed a converter. Well, he had one at the bar he would lend to me. Wonderful! And then, the next day, housekeeping also dropped one off. The front desk did not let go of my want; each and every person I talked to worked on my issue. That was so nice!

Fantastic stay at Fierro Hotel in Palermo Soho. The rooftop terrace suite with private jacuzzi was a real highlight, and the facilities throughout are excellent. The staff truly stand out — especially Antonella and Victoria — who were warm and attentive throughout. Breakfast is one of the best we’ve had, served all the way until 3pm, which is perfect for Buenos Aires nightlife. Also worth finding the hidden New York subway–style bar just around the corner. Highly recommend.

Spacious room, clean bathroom with good water pressure. Good room amenities like Nespresso. Awesome breakfast great way to start the day! Good location too, easy for Cabify and Uber to find…

Great little hotel, well located, clean, safe, and the staff was amazing. Hands down Coral made my experience spectacular, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me plan all my activities and went above and beyond! I will definitely recommend and stay here again. Coral’s kindness and patience made all of the difference for a single mother traveling alone, what an amazing experience!

Great hotel and friendly staff. Only bad was the mattress was a bit old and sunken in on both sides. Good breakfast.

I had an incredible stay. The staff were amazing, so friendly, kind and genuinely helpful with bookings, local information and anything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with great hours, and the restaurant was superb. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to cafes and everything I wanted to explore. It felt like a true boutique hotel and was such a memorable experience. I would definitely stay again.

Great and easily accessible location, well maintained property, awesome breakfast, but most of all, really professional, caring and warm staff. Highly recommended. Will not disappoint. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay! See you soon on a next trip.

Tudo perfeito! Do check in ao check out. Todos os funcionários do hotel muito gentis e atenciosos. Limpeza, conforto, amenidades, tudo em perfeitas condições. Água e café disponíveis na acomodação. Café da manhã delicioso com opções para todos os gostos, e ideal para quem quer apreciar com bastante calma (funciona das 07:30 as 15h). Restaurante do hotel super aconchegante. Localização ideal, tranquila e segura, próxima de vários excelentes restaurantes, parques etc de Palermo. Recomendo 100%.

The breakfast experience was exceptional, in terms of quality and plated service. We had fresh juice, fresh yogurt parfaits and a variety of pastries and breads. This was just the beginning; as we were then order our main entree from the menu, giving us a choice of an English-style breakfast, or one with smoked salmon to accompany eggs cooked to order. Marvelous!

Unfortunately we didn't sample the restaurant due to time constraints but the hotel was niice and staff was very accomodating.
