サービス品質という点では満足できる滞在でしたが、「高級ホテル」とうたわれるほどには高級ではないホテルでした。部屋は狭く、到着した日はベッドサイドのランプも切れている状態で、金庫も使えませんでした。ランプは言えば変えてくれましたが、金庫に関しては最後まで改善されませんでした。また、空港から街までバスで移動する場合、バス停からホテルまで徒歩だとかなり時間がかかり、真夏にスーツケースを持って移動するには不便な立地です。ロドス島新市街の繁華街にはそこそこ近いので、食事等に困ることはないですが、もう少し旧市街に近いホテルのほうがよかったな。と思っています。

This is a fantastic hotel! Very clean and modern. Me and my husband had a great stay and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Stuff were friendly and helpful, special thanks to Ioanna for her service and hospitality.

Hotel is ideaal gelegen op wandelafstand van de haven en Rodosstad. Het onthaal was zeer goed. De buffetten ‘‘s morgens en ‘‘s avonds waren OK. Het personeel in de zaal was zeer vriendelijk. De wijn die je per glas bestelde was niet OK. Dus dan maar een lokaal biertje.

When booking it says parking is included as an amenity. When I checked they said parking is on your own. There isn't any parking anywhere near the hotel. Also when I first pulled up to the hotel I parked in front to check in and find out what to do with my car and they said I have to move. I said I was checking in and they said I still had to move. I booked this hotel based on the fact that I had a place to park my car. Expedia should remove that amenity in the description of the hotel. Also water went from hot to cold many times during a shower.

Great location with beach access, helpful and friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Viele, Gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Wasser ist schön, der Strand allerdings aus Kies.

Property is in a GREAT location. Very nice design i have to believe it was recently updated, in good taste. The draw back is that the cleaning in the room was not up to par with the class of the hotel. It was not a busy time of the year and hair was all over the bathroom and I'm bald

Not even close to 5 stars. Did not feel very welcome in the reception when checking in. Every time we went in the door to the hotel, nobody said hello. Breakfast was like a 2 star hotel. Room was very dirty, I went to the reception and complained. The floor was still full of long black hairs after they had cleaned for the second time. Location was great, but that’s it I am afraid.

We loved our stay. Room was wonderful with the ocean view. Easy access to the ocean to watch the sunrise. The breakfast buffet was elaborate. Easy walk to shopping and 15 minutes to old town. Easy and beautiful.
