便利でいいホテルと思いますが、これは本当の事なのでコメントしましす。ガス漏れの臭いが間違いなくあると思います。改善が必要と思います。エントランス建物辺り。部屋のエアコンも窓と連動のようでして、全く効かなくなっている状況でした。駐車場も案内がなく困りました。

ホテルの所在が美しい お部屋は新しくモダン。部屋からの湖と島の眺めの素敵でした。古いボロい内装と水周りを想像していたちところ 全く新しくモダンでびっくり。ベッドルームに風呂桶あったのには更にびっくりでしたが 露天風呂気分で湖を眺めながらお風呂に浸かりました。難点はシャワー。風呂場シャワーのみで手で掴むシャワーハンドルと天井からお湯が落ちてくる気持ちのいい装備になっていますが 排水 シャワーカーテンとの位置のバランス設計悪く 気持ちよくシャワーをあびていると お風呂場の床がびちゃびちゃになる。 朝食眺めもよく美味しい。もしかするとイタリアの特徴かもしゅれませんが 朝のフルーツ豊富でしたがサラダ用の野菜少ないような。

本館と別館に分かれて居ましたが本館に宿泊しました。部屋は最上階の３階で、プールと湖が正面に見え、小さなベランダ付きでした。部屋はかなり狭いですが、バスルームはバスタブ付きでした。部屋の中も、公共スペースもモダンな感じで、良く手入れが行き届いていました。バスタブのシャワーから蛇口への切り替えが上手くいかなかったことと、豪華な朝食の中で卵料理が冷めていたことが残念でした。旧市街の中心の広場まで徒歩５分くらいで便利な立地です。旧市街は車両乗り入れ不可ですが、宿泊客の車両はホテルまで乗り入れることが出来便利です。

Emplacement parfait, en ville, mais calme, au bord du lac avec très belle vue. Petits déjeuners très variés et pour tous les goûts, en plus c'est de qualité.

So war es nicht möglich, die Parkingsituation (Vergügbarkeit Parkplatz sowie glutenfreies Frühstück) vor der Reise zu klären. Echt mühsam. Zimmer sauber, jedoch sehr karg eingerichtet. Beleuchtung im Zimmer schlecht: nur schummriges Licht. Das Personal ist nicht sehr freundlich, weder beim Empfang an der Rezeption noch im Frühstücksraum. Eher unmotiviert an der Arbeit.

Conveniently located right in front of Lake Orta with lake access. Lovely pool (did not use however). Comfortable room. Parking is tight to get into. Loading and unloading area. Walkable to main center. Shower and bathroom a little outdated. Breakfast buffet was average.

Great location- five minute straight path to the main piazza. Overall the room was clean & comfortable. Beautiful mountain/lake/pool view. Only complaint - the mattress was awful. So old and indented that I actually woke up in the middle of the night feeling like I was going to roll out of the bed onto the floor.

The hotel has easy parking, a nice restaurant and bar and a lovely pool area. The staff were helpful and polite. It is within walking distance of the shops, main square and mini golf. I would happily stay at the Hotel San Rocco if I ever return to the lakes.

Emplacement incroyable management pitoyable. 80 % de l'hôtel n'avait pas de climatisation nous avons changé 2 fois de chambre pour différentes raisons l'accès au lac qui est la raison principale du choix de l'hôtel n'est absolument pas existant il manque en effet un minimum une échelle. Une des chambres avait une douche tellement petite qu'on ne pouvait même pas se retourner dedans. La chambre n'a jamais été faite . Quelle tristesse de voir un hôtel qui pourrait être superbe avec un entretien si moyen. Le niveau des collaborateurs n'est absolument pas homogène on sent cruellement un manque de management.

Fab location but poor air con

Breakfast was adequate but was under staffed. Rooms were very small and the air conditioning didn’t work properly so the room was warm. The walls were all painted a dark brown which made the rooms and corridors very dark and oppressive. That being said the hotel staff were friendly and the pool and access to the lake was great. It is a beautiful location right on the lake and easily walkable to the main piazza so all in all I would recommend.

This is a hotel I would gladly return to.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el cuarto estuvo espacioso y el baño confortable. En la tarde/noche el agua caliente no funcionaba y era imposible apagar el aire acondicionado o controlarlo. Hacia frio en el cuarto . pero encontre una cobija para la noche. No hay lamparas que permiten leer en la cama. La TV con solo 2 canales de info en francés, ninguno en ingles. La comida del restaurante realmente mala y el servicio no muy simpático. El desayuno mucho mejor. Me esperaba en general a un servicio mucho mejor para el costo del cuarto . Los técnicos (agua/AC/TV) muy amables pero sin poder hacer gran cosa para remediar a estos problemas.

Fantastic location - great room overlooking lake and swimming pool. Staff very attentive . Only downside very noisy one evening with a group of people using the pool in the early hours they finally finished at 03.00am not what I expected of such an up market hotel

Hotel has a great location on the lake near Orta San Giulio village which has a nice square and boat access. Overall the hotel is a little tired and old fashioned, breakfast was limited with chargable extras but service was good. Bar service on the terrace was average. Lake view room with terrace but the divider to the next room as tacky

Parking sur place mais payant. En mai la piscine n était pas encore ouverte.l hôtel ne m a pas donné cadeau VIP Access.
