一流のもてなしだった。ただその堅苦しさには評価の分かれるところ。

初めてのロンドン、一人旅でしたが安心して滞在できました。英語ができなくても充分満足な滞在でしたが、できたらもっとスタッフの皆さんとコミュニケーションがとれて楽しい滞在になったと思います。ホテル41、本当に最高のホテルです！

One time, requested for a bottle of water but it never came. So had to make a same request twice after about 20min. On a different day, requested for an extra tissue but again it never came. There was a staff knocking our door if we need a bottle of water but we told her we never got the tissue we asked for and this was like 30min after we made the initial request. Except on the last day but all other days, there seem to be people on the roof top chatting and you could hear them as if they are right next to you. We made a complaint on the first day to change to a more quiet room but the front desk promised us there will be noone onwards but unfortunately, this was not the case. Regrettably, we feel the amount paid for staying at this hotel was not within our acceptable range to endure.

素晴らしい滞在でした。 まず、チェックインの際のシャンパン、お部屋でのマカロン、出発の際の飲み物お土産などおもてなしの精神が素晴らしいホテルでした。 紹介していただいたカレーのレストランは高級でしたが、日本ではできない経験でした。次回は、2連泊はしたいホテルです。

とても良い滞在でした。スタッフは素晴らしく。ラウンジの食事も素晴らしかったです。

英語を話せない私ですが、ほとんど不自由なく過ごせました。ロンドンに行く時は定宿にしたいと思います。

小さなホテルですが、スタッフの対応や、サービスはとても行き届いていて、最高級ランクのホテルに引けを取りません。 細かいところまでの気配りに、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。とても感謝しています。 ロンドン滞在の時は、是非また泊まりたいホテルです。

とにかくスタッフが親切でした。 また、食事やルームサービスが素晴らしく、快適に過ごせました。

スタッフの対応は丁寧で非常に良かった。ラウンジで食べるフルブレクファーストは最高でした。ただ、部屋サイズの割にベッドが大きく部屋の中での移動が窮屈なことがありました。それと浴室のシャワーの機能上適温にするのが難しかった。

サービスが行き届いており快適に過ごせました。 ラウンジも心地よく静かに過ぎせました。ロケーションも最高で、 ロンドンに滞在の際は、ぜひ宿泊してみてください。

一人で宿泊しましたが、非常にフレンドリーで楽しく宿泊できました。場所はバッキンガム宮殿やハイドパークが近く観光の拠点にも最高です。部屋もイギリスらしく洒落ておりアメニティもペンハリガンでした。ラウンジの軽食も非常に美味しかったですし、朝食のエッグベネディクトはハムがぎっしり詰まっており、今まで食べた中で一番美味しいと感じました。ロンドン旅行の素敵な思い出になること間違いありません。

スタッフの方々の笑顔の対応は素晴らしく、とても親切にして頂きました。ご飯が特に充実していました。 残念な点は、浴室とトイレです。もともと古い建築アパートを改造したホテルで、昔ながらの英国様式の趣が出ていましたが、古いだけに湯船の排水口が壊れており、水が全く流れず、黒い錆カスが浮いてくるし、トイレも流れず、本当に困りました。あとは部屋の空間の割に家具が大き過ぎて狭かったです。

インテリアも素晴らしく、ヴィクトリア駅、バッキンガム宮殿からも近く、ロンドン観光には最適なホテルだと思います。 スタッフの方々もいつも笑顔で親切。語学力不足の私の言いたい事を真剣に聞いてくれました。一人旅でしたが、幸せなひと時を過ごすことができました。 またロンドンへ行く時にはこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

噂どうりの素敵なホテルでした。もてなしも良かったです。 朝出かける時に水を持っていくか聞いてくれたのが嬉しかったです。

建物自体は100年以上経っている古いものですが、当初は宮殿のゲストハウスとして使われていたとのことで、とても品のあるホテルでした。 ロケーション、サービスクオリティ、食事、部屋のアメニティすべてに大変満足できました。 小さな静かなホテルですので、少なくとも30代以上の夫婦、カップルもしくはお一人様向けです。 少しコストはかかりますが、それだけの価値のあるホテルです。

小さいホテルですが、その分非常に気遣いを感じられます。チェックインすると、手書きの挨拶状がいただけます。夜には、旅行者が一番気になる翌日の天気予報のお知らせも部屋に入っています。また、チェックイン前夜にも、フライトのチェックインなどお手伝いすることはありませんか？というお手紙がありました。従業員の方は若くて明るい、はきはきした方が多い印象です。明日の予定を聞かれ、「バッキンガム宮殿へ行く」と話したところ、入場チケットを用意してくれました。そのほか、何か聞けばとても詳しい回答が返ってきます。お食事も、大変おいしくいただきました。少々お値段は高めですが、その価値あるホテルだと思います。

We had an amazing stay at Hotel 41. They always exceed expectations and have the best customer service. We were traveling with four teenagers, and they very generously upgraded us to beautiful suites. Food at the hotel is excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable. It's our favorite place to stay in London.

Me and my wife had a lovely weekend in London, staying at Hotel 41. This boutique hotel offers top notch service for its guests, spacious rooms (to be London) with good standard in a very nice and central location. Very clean. The room had carpet flooring, I don’t know if they have allergy friendly rooms, I did not ask. The breakfast was excellent, we had eggs benedict and various elements from the menu. We have stayed at a lot of nice hotels all over the world, but Hotel 41 really sticks out, mainly due to exceptional service. The staff is always smiling, always greeting you and very eager to help you with whatever you need. We are so happy that we have found this hotel. I can safely recommend Hotel 41 if you’re going on a couples trip to London or if you’re looking for a high standard boutique hotel with a delicious breakfast and a truly serviced minded staff, you won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to our next stay the next time we visit London.

This is our second time at the very beautiful Hotel 41. The service is wonderful. And the rooms are excellent. We highly recommend the hotel.

We were in London for just one night only and thought it would be an opportunity to try a hotel that we have not previously booked before. This will absolutely be THE hotel we choose for all of our future London stays. Absolutely wonderful service - anticipating needs and going above and beyond. The amenities are outstanding. We were celebrating our 37th wedding late and they left us a beautiful (and delicious) chocolate cake in our room. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Great location and the service was the best we've experienced so far of any 5 star hotel. We prefer small, boutique hotels and this did not disappoint. We felt pampered.
