As shown in the pictures, the hotel itself is so beautiful and staffs are kind. I spent an elegant and luxurious time. The location is super good, 5minutes walk to two famous museums, 5 minutes walk to Harros, 10 minutes walk to underground which has two main lines (Circle line and Piccadilly line), 40 minutes underground to the airport without transportation. Also, the hotel is in the high-class residential area, so the buildings around the hotel are very beautiful. The hotel is also near to main sightseeing spots! (30 minutes walk or 10-15 minutes underground)

The thoughtfulness and friendliness of the staff was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cozy elegance of The Egerton was the perfect base for our London vacation.

従業員のホスピタリティがどなたもみな素晴らしかったです。またレセプション、お部屋、全てのインテリアが落ち着いた趣味のいいインテリアでした。最寄駅までの距離があったのがちょっと不便でした。

The hotel locates very high end of quiet residential area of London downtown where Ferrari or very expensive cars are parked on a road. There are a few good restaurant and bars, Victoria and Albert museum, shopping area including Harrods in walking distance. Though out our stay the hotel staff was very kind, polite and professional. Responses to our requests were very quick. The bar room in the hotel was small but very cozy and it's martini was excellent. We thought our belongings left after leaving the hotel and contacted later, but their response was so quick with polite. We felt trust to the hotel.

ロンドンの中心街は本当にホテルの価格が高く、良いクラスのなかで比較的にリーズナブルに宿泊できます。 お風呂のお湯が早くたまるし、排水が悪いので本当に注意です。少し見てないだけで、溢れて水がお部屋に進入なんてことも。 すぐに係の方が、タオルを持ってきてくれてなんとかなりました。その上、私どもを気遣ってお茶はいかが？と。なんというホスピタリティ。次回、ロンドンに宿泊の際は必ず泊まります。そして、お風呂には注意します。

お部屋は完璧にメンテナンスされ、スタッフの皆さんも親切でした。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

大きなホテルには無い、行き届いたホスピタリティが素晴らしかった。朝食も朝早くから可能で、美味しかったです。ホテル内では夕飯はとれませんが、歩いていける範囲に美味しいレストランがたくさんあり、スタッフに尋ねたら、とても良いお店を教えてくれました。

とても寝心地の良いベッド&寝具で、毎日、気持ち良く眠れた。 1人旅だったが、朝晩や出入り時に、程よく話しかけてくれ、家から出掛け戻るような居心地の良い日々を過ごすことができた。

サービスは家庭的で、五つ星なのにリラックスできる。バスルームは素敵だが、サイズが女性には合わない。バスタブの背もたれのスロープ、シャワーの位置など使いにくく、お風呂好きの私には少し不満足であった。セキュリティ面では安心でき、設えもモダンではない素敵な設えであった。ロケーションは本当に便利。静かでかつ近所に手頃なカフェ、ファーマシー、スーパーなど様々なお店があり便利で楽しめる。　朝食の内容はごく普通で、こじんまりとしたものであった。せっかくの紅茶がまだサービスに適していないのにカップに注がれ残念。また、日本語の新聞は？とチェックイン時に聞かれたが無料と思っていたら有料であった。小さいホテルなのでそれもありかと思ったが、無料サービスのところが多いので少し意外だった。でも日本語の新聞を読めるのは助かる。フロントはリクエストに応えいろいろ調べてくださり助かった。サロンの雰囲気はとても素敵で、全体的にここに泊まるということは、幸福感が感じられた。またゆっくり利用したいので、長期割引などあると嬉しいと思う。

Everything about this hotel was lovely and charming. From the greeting at the front door to check in to a tour of our room to drinks in the lounge - everything was done with care and kindness.
