スタッフが親切でした。

スタッフも大変親切で、とても良い滞在ができました。 ただ、早朝出発時にテイクアウトによる朝食対応を約束して頂いたにも関わらず反故にされました。とても残念でした。

サントリーニ一泊に旅行しました。フロントの女性がとっても親切でした。２日目の朝島全体が停電してしまって大変でした。このお値段で素敵な朝食も付いていて本当に良かったと思います。バス停からも近くて良かったです。

ホテルのスタッフも皆さん本当に驚くくらいとても感じが良く、お部屋もとても広くて清潔で立地も最高。朝食も屋上テラスで朝日を見ながら食べれて、夜は夕陽、星空が観れてこれまた大満足。 強いてネックを挙げるなら①出かける際に毎回カギを預ける必要があること②観光税の支払いが現金のみ③私たちの部屋はバスタブはあったけど栓がなくて聞きに行ったら『水を流さないといけないから栓はない』という返事。せっかくバスタブをリクエストしたのに意味ないなと微妙な気持ちに④連泊しても朝食の内容は全く変わらないから初日の感動が薄れてしまうのが残念。 それでも次回泊まるか？と聞かれたら、もちろんイエス！そのくらい、本当にスタッフさんもお部屋も感じが良くてステキなホテルでした！

お湯の出方がわからなかった、 ただ聞いたら丁寧に対応してくれてスタッフは最高でした！

イアの中心部にあり、どこへ行くにも便利。ホテルの入り口は狭くて分かりにくいですが、3階へ上がるとテラスから遮る物なく海が見え、最高です。チェックインの際に、年配の男性が地図を広げて観光案内を細かく丁寧にしてくれました。部屋は綺麗で風通しが良いためエアコンはつける必要がなく、テラスで海を眺めながらの朝食は最高でした。 ただ、繁華街の真ん中にあるため、深夜4時くらいまで誰かが騒ぐ声や音楽が聞こえ、熟睡はできませんでした。

早めに着いたので、荷物を預ける際の対応から素晴らしかったのですが、いざチェックインしようとすると、オーバーブッキングの様で、別のホテルに1泊だけ泊まって欲しいと案内されました。シービューの部屋ということなのでOKしましたが、ランクが少し落ちてました。戻ってからの部屋は綺麗で良かっただけに、残念でした。フロントの方や、車の手配、ポーターのサービスは良かったので全体的に満足ですが、半年前から予約してるのにあれはないと思いました。

スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで、観光情報やレストランの情報など色々と教えてくれました。ホテルのテラスから朝日も夕日も見えます！また、朝食の量もちょうどよく、もう少し暖かくなってテラスで食べたりしたらとっても素敵だろうなぁと思いました。 ホテル内は基本階段移動なのでスーツケースの持ち運びは大変です。ホテルまではバス停から比較的近く、階段もなかったので道はガタガタですがなんとかなります。周辺はレストランも多く、ハイシーズンだと賑わいそうな雰囲気でした。

This hotel is located in the city center. A receptionist is really friendly and helpful. His suggestions were so helpful. フィラの町の中心に位置したホテル。すごい豪華ではないがこじんまりしていて居心地の良いホテル。ホテルの人がとても協力的で優しく、様々な情報を教えてくれる。バスルームが広くシャワーの使い心地がとても良い。

受付の方も優しく色々と教えてくれたり、挨拶をしてくれたりととてもいい人たちでした。朝ごはんも景色のいいテラスで食べられます

部屋も清潔でスタッフの対応も親切で良かったです。 立地もフィラの中心地にあり、その割に値段も安い。 何より屋上からの眺めがすばらしく、この屋上で朝食をいただけることが最高でした。

The hotel was right in the heart of Santorini, very walkable. Staff were kind, funny and helpful. Rooms are well maintained and beds are comfy.

We had a wonderful stay at this little cozy family style hotel. This is a very hospitable hotel from the moment they pick you up at the airport and thru out the stay. The location was at the center of Fira that you can easily walk to all attraction points, including the cable car station to take the ship to the volcano, the catholic church , the 3 bells of Fira and to the bus station to Oia. We picked the sea view room but I guess even if you pick the room without sea view, you can still easily go to the roof top and the whole sea view is in front of you. The view you can see from the hotel is magnificent, you can easily enjoy the view at all time. From the breakfast to start with until the moment you go to bed and call it a day. The continental breakfast is spot on, I had a great time having my bf with the birds flying in the ocean and chirping on the trees. Andreas is really the hidden gem of this hotel, I just can’t thank him enough for carrying my big luggage from the rocky road up to 2 floors to my room. I would highly recommend you to use their paid pickup service, especially if you have luggage with you. The room is clean and house keeping is good. We have sufficient drinking water, fresh towels, bath robe and slippers. The shower is spacious with good hot water supply and good pressure. Host Alex was a very nice and detail minded person in charge, giving us all the guidance and support we need. Strongly recommend this hotel which truly makes you feel like home

Upon arrival we were given a detailed map with all the places to visit including a bus schedule. Every day we were greeted with a beautiful breakfast and coffee. A lovely lady checked on us multiple times a day to see if we needed anything cleaned. Very friendly staff. Location is more than perfect!

The stay was excellent. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional; served in our own veranda with a spectacular view. However, the bred thing was the hotel staff; besides being very good they made us feel like we were home . We will be back for sure.
