子供連れで3泊しました。 建物は古かったですが、部屋は綺麗にメンテナンスされており、快適に過ごせました。オーシャンビューのお部屋だったため、素晴らしい眺めでリラックスできました。朝はベランダに鳥が来てくれることもあり、子供たちと楽しみました。 シャワーのお湯が出ないときがあり、それたけか不便でした。 立地は最高で、バス停もトラムの駅もスーパーも近く、便利でした。スタッフもフレンドリーでした。 ありがとうございました。

立地が最高に良かった。

前にも利用しましたが大変便利でいい環境でした。　今回は価格が高くなっていたのには驚きでした。 周りは新しいホテルが沢山出来ているので相場が上がっているのでしょう。　でも満足でした。。。

2機あるエレベーターが故障してひどいときは一つも動かなくなり16回まで階段で上り下りしなければならず、それが1週間以上続いている、下層階はいいが上層階はきつい。車で寝ようかと思ったほど、 明日、チェックアウトの時荷物を無事運べるか心配、ホテル側は一切謝罪無し

部屋の窓やバルコニーから、海とビーチ、街の景色が見えてとても素敵でした。 バス停やトラムの駅も近くにあり、移動にもとても便利ですし、レストラン街なので食事も大いに楽しむことができます。 また、基本的に必要な調理器具は揃っているので、近くのスーパーで買い物をしてくればすぐに料理ができます。 いわゆる「ホテル」ではなく「アパートメント」なので、部屋の掃除等はありませんし、レセプションも17時位で閉まってしまいます。ホテルのつもりで予約しないように注意したいところです。

ゴールドコーストには何度も行っているのですが場所、価格などを考えると一番だと思います。

ロケーションは最高でした。　ブロードビーチで買い物・食事は便利です フロントが8:30から17:00までしか開いていないので、17:00以降のチェックインは日本語が通じないので注意しないと　無人でインターホンチェックインなのでわかりにくいと思います。 毎日の部屋掃除のサービスはありません　シャワーのみバスタプなしでした。 インターネットは有料です

Do not believe the photos for this hotel! My room was nothing like the photos! We stayed on level 8! The room had a very, very old bathroom and gross old kitchen! View was not wide expansive ocean views as advertised! There is a hotel being demolished next door, which our room looked straight into from kitchen! We had to close the shutters so we didn’t have the construction workers on the same level as us next door looking into the kitchen/ dining area! Walls of the room were disgusting! Curtain falling down! It was one star! Really disappointed when I planned a special weekend in a modern room with sweeping ocean views as per advertised! This a big con and a case of false advertising!

Can't be helped, but the consistent noise from the construction at the building next door meant that the relaxing vibe of the Gold Coast was not experienced at all. If I had known this I would have stayed elsewhere but hopefully when I come back it will completed

Clean room Friendly staff Beach view beautiful

Paid for a beach view only had a side view . All the cutlery was dirty including the plates,bowls and cups. Had to wash everything before using them. Hair left in shower. And on the bathroom floor. Bed was very uncomfortable stayed in room 1605 the one bedroom apartment with more city views then ocean .

The noise from the work next door was a minus , but otherwise ok

Great beach view, very clean common areas and pool. Lovely grounds. Room was very dusty and some maintenance is needed.

Our view was perfect as promised and paid for. We had a view of the ocean and park. The hotel had apartments without service. Nice heated pool however bubbles in spa didnt work. Rooms were clean but you will need cleaning stuff for kitchen like sponges and dishwashing liquid.

The check-in process when arriving after hours was very easy. View was fantastic with the beach across the road & shops nearby. The unit was spacious & clean. The staff were so friendly & welcoming.

Well equipped apartment. Good bed. Excellent view. The balcony gets no sun in April. Simone was parked in our designated spot so we parked next to it and this caused issues with the owner and that spot and don’t went on. Unfortunately the WiFi was down in the whole building for our last 24 hours and we were unable to report it. As we were from the UK this was a disaster as I was still working and the time difference had a huge impact. The clothes maiden was rusty. The room I was in was next to the lift and was audible when people started their day at 4.30 am. Would I stay again? Yes but not in this room.
