アドリア海とハーバーを眺められるテラスシービューの部屋に3泊しました 入り口より49段階段を登りますがcheck in & out 時スタッフがスーツケースを運んでくれました とても綺麗でお洒落なお部屋でお気に入りのテラスで朝から夜まで繁華街の移り変わりを眺めたりしました 朝食は2ヶ所から選べるバウチャーをもらいますが1ヶ所は海沿いのレストランでフレッシュオレンジジュースも美味しかったです ロケーションは旧市街、ディオクレティアヌス宮殿がすぐ裏てにあり観光も動きやすいです 部屋にあるWi-Fiのパスワードやレストラン情報が古い物でしたが確認すれば問題ありません お勧めのホテルです

ロケーションは最高です。部屋　及び　最上階のバルコニーからの眺望も最高です。 ただ　エレベーターがないため　4階までスーツケースの持ち運びはたいへんです。

眺めがよく清潔で旧市街の真ん中でとても便利で最高でした。場所がわかりにくいでしたが、ホテルの方が迎えにきてくれてとても助かりました。部屋の中にはコップやスプーン、フォーク、冷蔵庫、など生活に必要なものがすべてそろっていました。

スタッフ(オーナー)からのメールの返信も早く、とても親切な方でした。部屋の説明から、おすすめのレストラン、街の案内まで細かく説明してくれて、おかげで快適に過ごせました。部屋も非常にきれいで、１日ではもったいないくらいでした。

ホテルではないので宿はすぐわかるだろうかとかスタッフの人と会えるだろうかと心配でしたが前もってメールで空港に着く時間やプロムナードに着くだろう時間をメールで知らせておりましたのでインフォメーションで聞こうか電話はどうするんだったっけなどといってたら(宿の入り口はインフォメーションの隣でした)スタッフが迎えに出てきてくれたので問題はありませんでした。場所がとても便利の良いところでしたのでお土産を置きに帰ったりトイレやちょっと一服したい時にすぐ部屋に帰れました　部屋は広々としていて清潔でアドリア海を一望できました　テラス付きの部屋でしたので　コーヒーやワインを楽しみ至福の時をすごしました　レストランも近くに沢山あり　バスターミナルも近くで徒歩圏内でした

スプリットの城壁のすぐ近くで、港の眺めもとてもきれいなところであり、トイレに戻ることができるなど観光の拠点に便利である。ここはホテルと民泊の中間のような施設であり、いわゆるフロントはなく、電話（英語でOK）でスタッフとやりとりすることでチェックインする必要がある。そのため、事前にメール等で連絡先を聞かれるほか、スプリットで電話が使えるようにしておくことが必要だろう。なお、ルームクリーニングは行われる（チェックイン時にタイミングについて聞かれる）。バスローブ有り。

三本橋から近く、観光にかなり便利です。少し古さも感じましたが、清潔感はあり、温かくて快適でした。子どもと宿泊したのですが、お風呂にカエルがいたり、ぞうのぬいぐるみがおいてあったり（「連れて帰ると１０ユーロ」と書いてありました）ホスピタリティーも感じました。

立地は最高なのですが、「ホテル」を捜し歩いても見つからず、何度か電話をしました。 １Fは店舗、２Fは普通のお宅、３Fと４Fがホテル（？）です。 飛行機の遅れで到着時間が3時間ほど遅れたのですが、スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれました。 ただ、非常に賑やかな場所ですので、音を気にされる方にはお勧めしません。

12月クリスマスに2泊しました。オーナーが写真家とのこと。室内がシンプルでたいへんおしゃれ。素敵な写真が掛けてありました。私の勘違いか、フルキッチンかと思い、ちょっと残念。でも冷蔵庫がフリードリンクのサービス、エスプレッソマシーンに替えのコーヒーがいつも補充されており満足。またバスアメニティも良く、オリーブオイルの入ったシャワージェルが良かったです。港の眺めが素晴らしく、もっと長く滞在したかったです。

We loved the location and the ocean views. It was our first Expedia booking that was “Airbnb like” arrangement so we were a bit disoriented. To be fair there were instructions in the Expedia confirmation on what to do: You have to reach out to the agency 24 hour before to arrange check in. After that initial contact it went pretty smoothly and we were always in touch via WhatsApp. Sime reached out periodically if we needed anything and we always knew he was only one text away. The windows did a great job and canceling all the noise from the marina.

Sime was extremely helpful. He carried up our luggage and found parking for us, he even went to the pharmacy to get us medication. There was beer and wine waiting in the fridge. The view is amazing directly on the Riva next to the palace. We can’t stress how nice he was!!

Extremely welcoming and perfect location to everything.

Excellent location, on the middle of everything. This is were you want to stay for sightseeing, shopping and dining. And most tours depart within a few steps. The view from the windows and the terrace is great. It is a super busy location all day and night, but noise isolation is good, so once you close the windows you don’t hear anything. It is an old building, but well maintained while keeping its traditional look. They had made a great job at making the interior a comfortable place. If I have to be picky: 1. the shower is not that big and the curtain tends to move inwards, leaving you little space. 2. The window blinds let some light in, specially in the morning.

Great location and great service/communication from the owner. He let us check in early and helped us with our luggage. He also gave great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Location is amazing!
