Good for business and sight-seeing.

ヨーロッパらしい古いアパートをホテルとして再利用しているため、エレベーターはなく、お部屋が4階だったので、登り降りは大変でした。しかし、スタッフの方はとても優しく、質問やチェックイン前のスーツケースの預かりもいつも笑顔で対応して下さり、気持ちが良かったです。 内装もレトロで可愛らしく、女性向けな感じでした。朝食も軽食ですが無料でついており、助かりました。 中心部へは徒歩15分くらいで、立地はまずまずです。

カーペットが湿っぽいし、床板を踏むと凹む状態。家具が傾いているのも、印象悪い。夜中にエアコンが異音を出し続けていたのも、煩かった。

ロケーションは素晴らしいし、値段も安い。寝るだけなら十分な施設もあります。それ以外に目を潰れれば悪くないです。一泊だけ使うならイイホテル。 逆に2泊以上滞在するとか、ホテル滞在自体を楽しみたい人はやめたほうがいいでしょう。設備が全て古臭いし、wifiもまともなシャワーもないし。

3泊しました。スタッフは親切、朝食も軽めながら美味しかった。が、部屋は古かった。トイレのタンクに水が流れず、使用の度ふたを開け、タンクに手を入れ風船を押し込み水高を上げる必要がありました。ホテルのスタッフも知っていました。連泊なので20回近くやり、ストレスでした。私の部屋だけかもしれず、運が悪い、スコットランドでは、当たり前かもしれません。

Haymarket stnに近くて便利。フロントは24h対応ですし、数量限定で朝食サービスがあります。Free Wi-fiはground floorで利用可能です。全体的な設備は古いですが、シャワーとバスタブは新しいので快適でした。

スコットランド旅行で帰国のエジンバラ発のフライト前に泊まりました。 Haymarket駅からもとても近く、最近開通したTramに乗れば空港まで約30分。 近くにcafeやM＆Sもあり何かと便利です。 エジンバラ城までもゆったりと散歩できるくらいのところです。 ホテル自体は古い建物ですがまあまあ清潔。シングルもあり助かりました。 ただ普段はシングルがあまり稼働していないのか、ベッドは少々湿気ていましたが。 浴室はバスタブ付きで日本人的にはありがたかったですが、 お湯と水を出していてもいつのまにか水の蛇口からもお湯が出ていて（お湯がまたとても熱い！）、特にシャワーを使うときはたいそう困りました。 それ以外は値段相応に快適に過ごせました。 あ、ホテルの名前は当然あのホテルとは関係がありません（笑）

感想ではないのですが、当ホテルに滞在した際に風呂場の電気が付かなく、スタッフに相談したところ「１０分待ってくれ」と言われたが、その後全く対応が無かった。ホテルはその時間殆ど混んでいなかったし、そのスタッフは「ほっとけば忘れるだろう」みたいな態度に見えた。翌朝そのスタッフがいなかったので、違うスタッフに状況を説明し返金を求めたところ、「エージェンシー（ホテルズドットコム）を通しているなら、エージェンシーから返金を求めてくれ」と言われた。返金を求める際はこちらから出来るのか、別の方法でするのか教えてください。

ホテルは空港からバスで約25分、路面電車だと30分ほど、中心街まで歩いて15分も有れば行ける距離、かと言って夜は騒がしさは無く静かでした。従業員のお兄さんは親切で感じは良かった。wifi(無料)は基本ロビーやバーだけと言われていたのですが、部屋でもギリギリでが使えて助かりました。マイナスな点は建物が古いので仕方ありませんがバスルームの設備的な物がイマイチ、エレベーターが無いので足腰が悪い方は上の階の部屋に重い荷物持って上がるのは大変だと思います。

Very good value for money, staff are wonderful, rooms very clean, reception manned 24 hours. Tunnocks wafers left as a welcome for guests! Yes, the decor is rather tired and all needs an upgrade but that would entail a big increase in price. This was my third time staying here and I love it, quirks and all!

Quarto limpo, boa equipe de funcionários, porém havia um vão que não se fechava na janela do banheiro e outro na janela do quarto.

I stayed two evenings, once on the front of my trip and again before leaving Edinburgh. The first time, the front desk staff was truly amazing and helpful. It's quiet pretty much and private. My room was spacious and quaintly decorated. If you have to lug a suitcase and don't like stairs, request a ground floor room. The second time staying, the young man and young lady were awesome and helped me with my suitcase up those stairs. When I CKed out early the next morning, a twenty-something couldn't be bothered to lift his eyes from his phone to speak. He never made eye contact as I turned in the key and said thank you. That's typical for that age I suppose but you are on the job so act a bit more professional.

Beautiful location that was close to many things or within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and cute. The bathroom was a bit rundown and could use a face lift and the water pressure not great. But, overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book a room with Eliza House in the future!

We really enjoyed the location, just steps from the tram to the airport and so close to everything! The decor was beautiful and the provision of the space heater was greatly appreciated

Nada que ver con las fotos. Nada más entrar, huele muy fuerte a mascota. La habitación estaba congelada y los calefactores rotos. Hacía más frío que en la calle. La ducha, se desbordaba por todos lados.
