マドリードの色々な美術館に歩いていける距離。 部屋の広さやデザイン性のあるシンプルな空間が、旅に疲れた心と体を癒してくれました。

スタッフは英語ができる人とできない人がいますが、みんなフレンドリーでした。部屋も防音されていて、話し声やテレビなどの音は聞こえませんでした。水回りは少し聞こえましたが。

レセプションの人達に色々協力してもらって、快適な日々を過ごせた。レストランの予約、近くの美味しいお店の紹介、空港までのタウシー、orバス料金と方法etc.　　

My husband (Spanish) and I (Japanese) stayed at One Shot Prado 23 for three nights over Christmas. The experience there exceeds our expectations and we will definitely come back to this hotel next time we visit Madrid. 1. Quiet & stylish room: we stayed in a court facing room that was perfectly quiet all day and night. The room is new, clean and refined with modern artistic decor. 2. Excellent location: comfortably walking distance both for the museums and the touristic city centre (Sol, Plaza Mayor). 3. Reasonable rate: we got 10% discount and paid around $90 per night on average as we booked through Expedia with a coupon code. Very good value for money. 4. Staff: attentive and friendly both in Spanish and English.

大変お世話になりました。レンタカー利用でしたが、ホテルの前の道が一方通行なため、一瞬のことで通り過ぎてしまい、再度回り込んで到着。　ホテルの駐車場は入り口のすぐ隣ですので、車の方ご注意ください。　また、駐車場がかなりかなり狭く、大きい車での利用は難しいと思いました。 駐車場以外では、全て満足、プラド美術館とレストランが集まっている広場の中間地点にあるのでとても便利でした。お部屋もスタイリッシュで、困ることはなかったです。　ただし、テレビが鏡のようで、初日は全く気づきませんでした。　また、コーヒーサービスは、各フロアにマシンがあります、お忘れなく！ このホテル、特にスタッフが全員若くて感じが良く、英語も上手です、大変に心地よい滞在でした。 いわゆる5つ星ホテルのようなサービスを求める方にはお勧めしませんが、清潔なお値打ちホテルをお望みの方にはお勧めです。　

3ヵ月の赤ちゃんと滞在しました。頼んでいたベビーベッドもきちんと用意してくれていて、急遽必要になった湯沸しポットも頼んだら探してくれました。 レセプションの人もとても親切で、また利用したいホテルです。

プラド美術館から近くて美術館巡りには便利。 部屋は広くて清潔でスタッフの対応はにこやかで感じがよかった。 でもシャワーの排水がいまいちだったり冷蔵庫が何故か突然電源切れたりと、設備がいまひとつ。 総合的には快適だった。

各階にネスプレッソマシンがおいてあり、美味しいコーヒーを楽しめた。 カプセルは各部屋に１人１つずつ置かれています。 マシン下の収納棚に紅茶やクッキーもありました。

スタッフが親切で食事の相談にもとっても良い店を紹介してくれた。 色々相談すると良い。 Wi-Fiの繋がりは何故か毎日更新でした。

One Shot, was in an excellent position, all art museums in easy walking distance. Bed very comfortable with good linen. Bathroom large plenty hot water.

La propiedad o instalaciones son muy básicas pero lo que definitivamente me sorprendió y que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa es la atención tan personalizada de las chicas de recepción. Desgraciadamente no tome el nombre de ellas pero me tocó que me atendieran dos de ellas el día 4 de septiembre por la tarde cuando llegamos y después muy temprano a la mañana siguiente. Estuvieron muy atentas en solicitarme un taxi al aeropuerto y saliendo a la calle para asegurarse que llegara a tiempo y no se fuera a pasar de largo. Les agradezco enormemente por sus atenciones. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la puerta de la regadera no cierra bien y el agua se cuela hasta el area de lavamanos. Logística: la ubicación, aunque esta muy céntrica para salir a caminar y comer no es exactamente estrategica para tomar una ruta de transporte publico sencilla hacia el aeropuerto. Yo para asegurarme solicité un taxi porque mi vuelo salia temprano, me lo solicitaron amablemente en recepción y me cobró 33 euros hasta la T1 del MAD-Barajas. Gracias a todo el equipo de One Shot Prado !!!

Muy buena atención por parte del personal. Poca iluminación natural de cuartos, terrible estacionamiento, demasiado pequeño.

No service at all, even for a 2 star hotel. But the rooms are vast at this price level and the design is pretty cool.

El aire acondionado no era del todo efectivo

We stayed here for one night as a family. They allowed us to drop off our luggage early in the morning, so we could go and explore the city. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. Our only complaint is that we would have liked the room a bit cooler. Other than that, great location, great price, and great service!

The property abs or stay was great. I would recommend One Shot Prado to everyone!

Staff was lovely and attentive. Prime location. Comfortable room and bed. The condition of the room was a bit run down. They need to give housekeeping more time to clean the rooms and maintenance needs to do basic upkeep. I had problems with my shower drain; there was no body wash in the container when I arrived, the floor was so dirty that walking around in my socks I had long hair as well as a lot of dirt/dust/lint on them. The walls have a lot of marks on them (from dirty hands/feet) and other signs that the room was lacking in routine maintenance. For ex, the glass frame on the artwork in the room (which was very spare) was cracked and held together with scotch tape. The curtains too: servicable, but very worn out looking and very dusty, especially at the top. These routine things were kind of a bummer, because it was otherwise a very excellent hotel.

A nice hotel near the Prado museum . Cozy chambers and staff really nice and helpful . Very pleasant stay.
