マドリードの色々な美術館に歩いていける距離。 部屋の広さやデザイン性のあるシンプルな空間が、旅に疲れた心と体を癒してくれました。

スタッフは英語ができる人とできない人がいますが、みんなフレンドリーでした。部屋も防音されていて、話し声やテレビなどの音は聞こえませんでした。水回りは少し聞こえましたが。

レセプションの人達に色々協力してもらって、快適な日々を過ごせた。レストランの予約、近くの美味しいお店の紹介、空港までのタウシー、orバス料金と方法etc.　　

My husband (Spanish) and I (Japanese) stayed at One Shot Prado 23 for three nights over Christmas. The experience there exceeds our expectations and we will definitely come back to this hotel next time we visit Madrid. 1. Quiet & stylish room: we stayed in a court facing room that was perfectly quiet all day and night. The room is new, clean and refined with modern artistic decor. 2. Excellent location: comfortably walking distance both for the museums and the touristic city centre (Sol, Plaza Mayor). 3. Reasonable rate: we got 10% discount and paid around $90 per night on average as we booked through Expedia with a coupon code. Very good value for money. 4. Staff: attentive and friendly both in Spanish and English.

大変お世話になりました。レンタカー利用でしたが、ホテルの前の道が一方通行なため、一瞬のことで通り過ぎてしまい、再度回り込んで到着。　ホテルの駐車場は入り口のすぐ隣ですので、車の方ご注意ください。　また、駐車場がかなりかなり狭く、大きい車での利用は難しいと思いました。 駐車場以外では、全て満足、プラド美術館とレストランが集まっている広場の中間地点にあるのでとても便利でした。お部屋もスタイリッシュで、困ることはなかったです。　ただし、テレビが鏡のようで、初日は全く気づきませんでした。　また、コーヒーサービスは、各フロアにマシンがあります、お忘れなく！ このホテル、特にスタッフが全員若くて感じが良く、英語も上手です、大変に心地よい滞在でした。 いわゆる5つ星ホテルのようなサービスを求める方にはお勧めしませんが、清潔なお値打ちホテルをお望みの方にはお勧めです。　

3ヵ月の赤ちゃんと滞在しました。頼んでいたベビーベッドもきちんと用意してくれていて、急遽必要になった湯沸しポットも頼んだら探してくれました。 レセプションの人もとても親切で、また利用したいホテルです。

プラド美術館から近くて美術館巡りには便利。 部屋は広くて清潔でスタッフの対応はにこやかで感じがよかった。 でもシャワーの排水がいまいちだったり冷蔵庫が何故か突然電源切れたりと、設備がいまひとつ。 総合的には快適だった。

各階にネスプレッソマシンがおいてあり、美味しいコーヒーを楽しめた。 カプセルは各部屋に１人１つずつ置かれています。 マシン下の収納棚に紅茶やクッキーもありました。

We enjoyed where it was located and appreciated the quietness of our room.

The hotel is close to everything, so the lack of a restaurant on the premises was not a problem. One recommendation is to have more than one iron and ironing board for the whole hotel.

Front desk associates weren’t knowledgeable or helpful. Please train and empower them to make some decisions or have some knowledge of the area (you know, hotel kinda stuff).

Well located and a reasonable price compared to other options in Madrid.

The only good thing I can say about this property is the location. We spend one day without hot water. Not coming back.

The service was terrible. Email answer super slow and people were sooooo impolite!!!!!!!
