全てのサービスの質が良く、とても贅沢で充実した時間を過ごしました。 特に、エクスペディアにて身に覚えのない予約がされている状態になっており、困っていたところを、ホテル受付の方がとても親身に掛け合ってくださり解決してくださりました。とても感謝しています。

駐車場ありと記載があったが、なかったです。 ドリンク付きはとても良かった。 部屋のエアコンが効きが悪く部屋は暑かった。

清潔でシャワーの水圧と温度もよいです。暖房があまり効かないので冬は温かい格好をオススメします。

フロントの対応が悪い 来客者が車で来ても、ホテルのバレットが対応できない。 宿泊者のみ利用可能とのことで、宿泊者がお願いしても出来ない。 ちなみにホテルは駐車場なし。バレット看板が設置されているのみ。

Quisiera destacar la excelente ubicación del hotel, que es realmente ventajosa y facilita enormemente el acceso a diversas avenidas principales. Este es un punto fuerte que valoro mucho. Por otra parte, me permito ofrecer algunas sugerencias que podrían elevar aún más la experiencia de los huéspedes: * Desayuno: Se podría considerar una mejora en la calidad del desayuno ofrecido. * Comodidad en la Habitación: Sugiero revisar el estado del colchón para asegurar un descanso más óptimo y reparador. También, noté que el ruido proveniente del bar de abajo era audible en mi habitación, por lo que quizás insonorizar o reubicar ciertas habitaciones sería beneficioso. * Aroma: Finalmente, sería ideal reducir la intensidad del olor a producto limpiador en las habitaciones para lograr un ambiente más confortable y sutil. Agradezco su atención a estos detalles, ya que con estos ajustes, la estancia sería verdaderamente excepcional. Agradezco también la botella de vino. Muchas gracias!

Al hacer mi check out, avisé que regresaba por cosas a mi habitación, y de manera arbitraria decidieron guardar mis cosas como si estuvieran olvidadas, y desechar mis artículos de limpieza… terrible! Fui muy claro con la persona de recepción, que decidió incluso mandarme un Mail diciendo que había olvidado mis cosas y que regresara a darles su tarjeta de acceso a la habitación! Pésimo! Y con una actitud prepotente me dijo, pues voy y le compro otro cepillo de dientes… terrible

Excelente trato del personal, amable y eficiente. La habitación es cómoda. Hotel muy bien ubicado, rodeado de restaurantes y cafés.

This place was clean and the staff was very kind. But the best part was how close it was to almost everything, all within walking distance.

Todo el personal muy amable, principalmente el chef en el área de restaurante. Buena ubicación. El único detalle sería el ruido del elevador, fuera de eso, todo muy bien.

Great place to stay it has everything you’ll need, close to restaurants, bars and the most iconic areas like Reforma Chapultepec Zocalo etc. Chef Pedro is awesome great service and his food is mmmmm… delicious. See ya next time.

The best thing about the property is location and price. It is not super luxurious, but it is perfectly adequate. It’s a beautiful walk too many restaurants. You get daily breakfast from the nicest cooks. We really enjoyed our stay! They did run out of water bottles one day and did not make any attempt to go get some. We had to go buy our own. I will continue to stay at this property whenever I visit CDMX!
