Relaxed vibe, right on the beach. Excellent menu (great fresh fish, at a good price).

Excellent location next to the beach,facilities good and easily accessible car park. Food was good and staff were really friendly and accomadating to what we required.

Don’t be put off by the outside. Very clean, access to beach. Staff so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Booked into the rests in the evening, food was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our one night at the Beach House. Room was bright airy and overlooking widemouth bay. Food is excellent, seafood heaven! And excellent selection for breakfast, the eggs royale was delicious. Will definitely be back when we are back in Bude!

Very quirky property. Outside appearance worrying but clean once inside. Fantastic views from bedroom and balcony. Restaurant food good but pricey especially as immediate outside surroundings were so tatty. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Charmantes Hotel mit wunderschöner Aussicht und sehr gutem Essen. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas "in die Jahre gekommen" wir würden es aber trotzdem wieder buchen. Das Abendessen war das beste Essen das wir (bis jetzt) in England gegessen haben.

There was a minor hiccup with our booking, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We were beyond grateful. The level of hospitality and care was wonderful. Facilities were basic, but relaxing. Enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly and welcoming, has bar and restaurant in situ, balcony views, wake up and view the ocean from your room. Staff are a fantastic team and are willing to make your stay a good one. Will definitely return.

Our trip to this hotel was overall a pleasant experience, however a couple of items regarding this hotel need to be addressed. 1. The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. The shower needs updating as the tiles are dirty and the sealant needs replacement. 4. On the plus side, excellent food, courteous service from the staff, and good atmosphere. The room we were allocated had a fantastic view of the sea.

Brilliant. Catered to our every need.

Meet and greet non existent. Quirky place meaning hard to navigate so would have been much easier with a bell for reception and signs to direct. Radiator in our room was filled with cobwebs. Tray with cups on had not been cleaned. Balcony not swept. Overall feeling was of ‘can’t be bothered’!!!

Another great stay at The Beach House. Very relaxed atmosphere and amazing food. Room 3 perfect with large balcony the best views of Widemouth bay.
