クリスマス休暇に3泊滞在。チェックイン時のウェルカムドリンクと客室に特典のカバのボトルがあったのがおもてなし感があってよかった。 客室は海とは反対側で眺望はない。が、向かいの建物は劇場なので窓を開けて夜の涼しい風を入れても人目が気になることはないし内側の格子戸を閉めれば問題なかった。最もグレードの低い客室でもキングサイズのベッドと潤沢なスペース、金庫、冷蔵庫、バスタブはないが窮屈ではないシャワーと、独立したトイレなど文句のつけようがなかった。清掃も行き届いていて、ターンダウンサービスも毎日され、昼や午後に使ったタオルが夜には交換されていたりと完璧。ドライヤーだけでなくヘアアイロンもあるなど（使わなかったが）これ以上は望めない。 唯一の欠点を挙げるとすれば、周辺には飲食店は少なめ。さらにクリスマス休暇で開いているレストランも少なく、ルームサービスとホテルレストランで食事をしたがやや値段が高め。メニュー数もそれほど多くはない。

このホテルは立地、食事、部屋、スタッフの全てが素晴らしいです。 場所はゴシック地区の落ち着いた場所にあり、海が目の前に広がります。朝食は屋上レストランで食べることができます。美味しいオムレツを食べながらパルマ湾をゆっくりと進むヨットを眺めていると、最高に幸せな気持ちになります。 部屋はジュニアスイートのプライベートな屋上付きの部屋でした。スタッフが部屋の中まで案内してくれとても親切でした。 夜屋上から星空や大聖堂、パルマの街を眺めているととてもリラックスした気持ちになります。 ホテルのレストランも素晴らしく、毎晩夕食を取りました。特にオリジナルのマスタードソースをつけて食べたサーモンが美味しかったです。 最後になりますが、部屋数が少ないためスタッフの目が行き届いている印象を受けました。とても快適なリゾートライフを過ごすことができるのでとてもお勧めです。

スタッフの対応が非常に良かったです。 朝食は最上階のカフェですが、テラスから海を見ながら食べれるので非常に気持ちがいいです。パンやハムなどは毎日同じですが美味しいので飽きません。選んだ卵料理を作ってくれます。 海に近い分、パルマの中心部までは少し歩きますがカテドラルなどを通っていくので問題ありません。 夜10時頃には辺りは全く人気がありません。特に危険を感じることはありませんでしたが早めに戻った方がいいかもしれません。

この料金で快適な空間、カテドラルまですぐという立地、他にはないサービスと最高のホテルでした。ホテルスタッフは本当に親切で素晴らしいバケーションを過ごせ、また来ます！

Beautiful room with great view, amazing staff that were very receptive and helpful, and stellar housekeeping/hospitality. Difficult for taxi to get to due to the location but staff was very helpful with calling the taxi when we were heading to airport.

We got the so called best room in this hotel and it was very overpriced for what it was and in all honestly its not a hotel that can be considered luxurious. Parking situation is horrible here. Its a small hotel with no gym or pool in a beat up neighborhood. Also the “seaview” isnt the greatest. There are significantly better hotels for this price range.

Beautiful hotel with super nice staff. No pool, but a nice view from the eating Terrace which also has a few couches. Unfortunately the sun is beating on them in the afternoon. Great location.. fantastic breakfast.

My wife and I recently spent a week in Mallorca, and stayed at the Calatrava Sea House throughout our stay. We were so pleased with the exceptional service provided by the staff members there, beginning with a very warm welcome, detailed attention to our requests during our stay (e.g. request for recommendations for restaurants, travel tips, and scheduling time in the spa), and assistance with a revised timetable for departure. The location near the Cathedral was a perfect basis for various sight-seeing and dining excursions, the accommodations themselves were extremely comfortable with plenty of space for relaxing, the breakfast on the rooftop was a memorable experience each and every day (a very tasty variety of foods, and an extraordinary view of the harbor), and the staff was also very well-mannered and provided very helpful responses to all of our questions on a consistent basis. We could not be more pleased with our experience at the Calatrava Sea House, and are already recommending it to our friends and family. We will definitely stay there again (and again) on any/all future trips to Mallorca. VERY HIGHLY recommended!!

There were no amenities that were provided except a poor functioning hairdryer, body gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Slipper were found, but the robes were in a drawer and not located until checkout. There were no instructions given about the room or a tour of the room. The lighting of the room was very poor--we could not see a thing to even put on our make-up. The vanity mirror was full of dust. The shower leaked and made a water mess after each use. The city view offered was not a view at all; it was a building across the alley 5 feet away. The entire stay was disappointing. Service needs to improve drastically. Go to a hotel in Barcelona to see how kind and attentive the hotel workers are to their guests. Provide Q-tips and tissue for your guests at least. This was a disappointment stay overall. Not a vacation and especially not worth the price. We lost time in our lives we cannot get back. It was a horrible experience.

Such an exceptional experience. Outstanding hotel with a great breakfast and a lovely view. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was big and comfortable. The locations is perfect for sights, eating out and shopping. Also a very relaxing atmosphere. Going to visit again!

Loved staying here! They made our stay very comfortable and made sure we were aware of all the great restaurants and spots to visit. Not to mention Marti was the best. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Palma.
