ホテルの見た目は豪華で、アラビックな建物にまず驚く。ホテルの内装もゴージャス、部屋もオーシャンビューで良かった。従業員も良く教育されており、チェックイン、アウトもスムーズだった。 食事も日本食レストランがあり、本格的な寿司を楽しめた。値段は少しお高めだが、日本から魚を空輸しているとのこと。日本人シェフが握る寿司は新鮮で美味しかった。

Everything was so beautiful and breathtaking from arrival to checkout i can't think of any negative memories upon arrival was upgraded to a ocean view room the staff were so helpful the rooms were so nice and big with 2 queen beds beautiful and charming views from balcony we went half board food was absolutely amazing Would like to to massive thank you to hasan the guy who bought our luggage to room the front desk staff who upgraded us hopefully can't wait for us to return back

A lot of construction work in the area! But other than that - nice hotel and very nice staff! But … one thing we didn’t like at all: The big dining hall needs a makeover - outside and inside!!! This is not Waldorf - 5 Star standard! Also the food, especially in the evening - was overcooked, loveless garnished and served! It remembered more of a school lunch hall than a five star hotel!

Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah was fantastic. From the friendly welcome to the seamless check-in, everything set the tone for a wonderful trip. The spacious rooms are beautifully designed, featuring comfortable beds and excellent housekeeping. We enjoyed the half-board option, with an impressive breakfast variety that included delicious avocado toast and a wide selection of pastries. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was also exceptional, and the hotel has several other dining options worth exploring. A notable highlight was the brand-new kids' club and teenage club, offering engaging activities like table tennis and reading corners, ensuring children have an enjoyable experience. The wellness area includes a fitness center and outdoor pools, including a family pool and an adults-only pool for relaxation. I did experience a minor issue with our late checkout request. Despite being offered an extension until 2:00 PM, we were called at 12:15 PM to check out immediately, which was frustrating and highlighted a need for better internal communication. Overall, we highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah for its exceptional service and outstanding facilities. It's a perfect destination for families and couples alike!

The service was great and everyone was kind and attentive. My lower review stems from the quality of food on the half board package. The buffet was mostly inedible.

The hotel is really beautiful - spacious and rooms are massive. However for a 5* hotel the food options weren’t great - I would have expected more for the lunch/poolside menus, and also there was a lack of poolside service. Had to wait ages to get someone to come and take our drinks/food order and then wait another 45mins for it. The service at breakfast was also quite slow - could take more than 30min to get a black coffee. It’s definitely a good resort and quieter - pool is great fun for kids - but there were a few small things like service and food that could definitely be improved.

This property is immaculate. The staff are super friendly. Facilities are great.

Amazing location, staff and service. Highly recommended

Luxurious and family friendly. Rooms are spacious and palatial with gorgeous patio. Also very quiet it was my grand daughter’s birthday and they made it special for her. Children get to check in, get a passport and collect stamps during their stay. The kids club is amazing. She wanted to go every day and the staff were so kind Ample lifeguards constantly watching and keeping everyone safe. Food was excellent. Will definitely be returning

Felt like royalty staying here! Gorgeous property and excellent service!

So the property itself is absolutely fine. (in fact my 4th stay there). There are small (daytime) disturbances by onsite renovations. But (sadly) there are 2 active construction sites with day & nighttime construction activities. One is at the sea-side but as far as we were concerned it had only optical impact, but that might be affecting seaside view rooms. But the other construction site was important for the gulfcourse-view-rooms. The noise is daytime acceptable, but we had nights with loud construction activities till 1am. Not the fault of WA but in fact a negativ impact on our vacation. We had a similar but 10x harder case in an other hotel a night before and that was the reason we switched to WA what was a good decission. So we knew Ras al Chaima as a very quiet place for relaxing and recreation. That has in fact changed and construction projects seem to have no limits with regard to guests wellbeing that is something you should consider at the moment (maybe for some years) if you go to any hotel in Ras al Chaima.

Great place for the family

This hotel is the perfect resort for families, the facilities and food standards are of high quality. The kids club gives parents the opportunity to relax whilst under the good supervision of the care takers. The staff were very pleasant especially Kian who went out of his way to serve us as best as possible. The pool and beach area is well set up with the kids slides being a major bonus. The gym is well equipped. I would definitely go back.
