バス停、マチュピチュ駅に近く便利 クラフトビールが楽しめるレストランも近い 雨季とあって川の濁流音が気になる人もいそう ドライヤーの電源が時々切れることがあった 日曜の朝食はビュッフェ形式ではない旨の説明があると良かった

メールを送ったが対応が一切なかった。そのため、日程調整ができず旅行の予定がくるった。南米にはツアーで行くのが良さそうです

駅のプラットホームに降りたら目の前にあり、マチュピチュ行きのバス停までも徒歩1分かからない立地。 スタッフもとてもフレンドリーかつ親切で対応が早い。バスタブも大きくバスソルトやバスバブルもついているので旅の疲れをとるのにいいと思います。 私達の滞在時はメンテナンス中のため使用できませんでしたが、地下にあるスパのジャグジーも30分までなら無料で使用できるとスタッフの方から聞きました。なので水着持参がいいかと思います。

快適に過ごせるおすすめのホテル。

駅から近く、客室も非常に快適。チェックアウト後でもロビーにてゆっくりと過ごすことができる。

部屋は清潔でリバービューもとても良いです。日本からの長距離移動の後に宿泊するので少し奮発するつもりでしたが、想像以上に快適でした。 従業員もみなフレンドリーで、マンゴーとレモンのウェルカムドリンクも美味しかったし、食事から帰ったらベットメイクにチョコがプレゼントされてました。 ドライヤーが壊れたらすぐに持ってきてくれ、このあたりでは珍しく(？)冷蔵庫もあり。水回りも綺麗でまた来たいと思えるホテルでした。

カビを除去する薬品の強い匂いが部屋中に充満し、部屋を変えるように依頼しましたが、満室とのことで断られました。

立地は、電車の駅、バスの駅からも近く、大変便利。部屋のコンディションはまずまず。ただ、ガウン、スリッパが前もって準備されていなかった。食事はまずまずだが、品切れのメニューが結構あった。チェックアウト後、荷物の預かりに対応してくれた。

大変快適にすごせました。料理もおいしく、部屋も広く、人々も親切でした。駅にも、マチュピチュゆきのバス乗り場に１分程度と近く、とても便利です。部屋のあかり、クローゼットのあかりがもう少し明るかったらもっとよかった、とは思います。

駅やバス乗り場からとても近く、立地がとても良いです。新しいホテルなので施設はとても清潔でした。夕食のコースはどれも美しく盛られており、美味しくて大満足でした。朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフはみな笑顔で親切でした。川沿いにあるので、夜は川の音がしますが、気になるほどではありませんでした。一つだけ、安全の確保のためなのか、消灯後に部屋の入り口のライトが定期的にフラッシュのように光り、とてもまぶしくて何度か起きてしまい、ぐっすり眠れなかったのが残念です。ルームキーを外して部屋の電源を落とすことで解消しました。

My husband asked for a wake up call that didn’t happen until 40 minutes later. Bathroom is dimly lit. Room is tiny. Book a room on riverside because front of hotel faces train track. River is loud so it will drown out train noise. First floor is pleasant with nice dining room. Hotel is very close to where train enters town.

Hôtel dans le centre ville d'Aguas Calientes, literie tres confortable et belle vue sur la rivière. Restaurant très bien. Massage très agréable, mais le jaccuzi/piscine du spa ne fonctionnait pas. Attention, ils mentionnent douche/baignoir mais il ne s'agît que dune douche. Seule la chambre la plus grande dispose dune baignoire jaccuzzi.

Not clean, very loud hotel right next to the railroad. Dirty and not a 4 star hotel or staff.

The staff was incredibly ignorant they were not helpful at all. This is not a four star hotel. The Internet doesn’t work and you are right next to the train. The hotel is loud at night and none of the appliances work and the shower and pipes are old do not believe the pictures.

Considering how crowded Machu Picchu Pueblo is, this hotel’s location is great. It may be right next to the train tracks, but at least it’s flat and there isn’t constant foot traffic. Anywhere in this town will be noisy - either from the trains or the river. Pros- staff will meet you at the train station to escort you to the hotel.(A very wonderful surprise). Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. If you don’t see something, just ask. Good sized rooms. Cons- needs updating. The bathtub/shower is a bit scary to use since you need to use a step stool to climb into the tall tub. It also has a significant downward slope for drainage. Older folks will need to be extra cautious getting in and out. The Ecco setting is nice unless u want the mini frig to stay cold. The power turns off when the room key is removed from the slot. I was a little surprised they didn’t offer help with luggage when we checked out. We would have asked if we really needed help but we should have been asked considering this is a “nicer” hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Location, Smooth Check-in, and Excellent Service We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Del Sol Machu Picchu. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station and close to the local market, making arrival and exploring Aguas Calientes extremely convenient.  The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, helping us settle in quickly after our train journey. The room was comfortable, clean, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day visiting Machu Picchu. During our stay, the jacuzzi in our room was unfortunately not functioning. However, the hotel handled the situation very professionally and showed great commitment to guest satisfaction. They kindly offered complimentary drinks at dinner and provided a 20% discount on our meal to accommodate the inconvenience, which we truly appreciated. The on-site restaurant and terrace were also very nice, offering a pleasant atmosphere to unwind in the evening. Overall, a very positive experience with excellent customer service, comfortable accommodations, and a very convenient location. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Machu Picchu.
