高台にあるのでレストランからの眺めは素晴らしいです。 宿の人の対応はとても良かったと思います。 部屋の設備はちょっとだけ老朽化が見られました。 唯一残念だったのが枕が臭ったことです。 それ以外は良かったと思います。

Good staff , good food and excellent customer care

Wanted an early breakfast and was told we could have takeout breakfast reception gave us a form to fill in and basically we all wanted 2 x bacon sausage baps we were then told we could either have 1 bacon or 1 sausage bap not 2 and we couldn’t have bacon and sausage one or the other ? Bearing in mind it’s a buffet breakfast and help yourself to as much as you want we didn’t think it was too much to ask for 2 baps each but the staff were adamant that was the rules It makes you wonder why the country is in such a mess Apart from that great stay would recommend

We stayed for 3 nights. Was warmly welcomed to the hotel. Breakfast was served hot with a wide choice for all. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was clean, bathrooms were checked regularly. Only comments on the whole are as othered could do with an update in terms of decor. It is rather tired. Bedding and towels could also do with updating. It was sufficient for what we needed. Which was a bed for the night and breakfast. I would recommend staying. The views were also phenomenal!

Everything was as good as ever. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. We can't fault it and will be back!

We were so disappointed when we arrived at the Heights. The outside of the building looks very municipal. Inside we were greeted by the receptionist who was really friendly, welcoming and helpful, as were all the staff at the hotel. As we walked through the corridors to our room things went down hill. The walls were covered in pebbledash, which again looked like a municipal building. Not what one would expect inside a hotel where we payed almost £200/ night. The room decor was extremely dated and again, a real disappointment for what we paid. Our room was clean and had a large bed, and the shower was ok, but the towels provided were very thin and frayed! Not a big deal, but the coffee cups were really awkward to use as the handles looked like they had been fixed upside down. They must have been seconds. Our room overlooked an ugly building and parked van. There was a notice in the bathroom expressing the managements concern regarding the environment, which I would wholeheartedly support. It was therefore very disappointing to be provided with plastic cups. The hotel requires a total upgrade in all areas. I’d like to re-iterate that all the staff in the hotel were delightful. I think you will have gathered by now that we will definitely not be returning and would not recommend. We have since checked into a hotel for our second nights stay, paying considerably less for a beautiful room with an amazing view.

The view from the hotel is spectacular. Inside the room and corridors the decor is dated and shabby. The bathroom taps were grubby with grime and difficult to turn. No bottled water in the room and next to no soundproofing between rooms, especially bathrooms. The fire doors in the corridor banged when shutting. Television offered a substantial choice of channels, however,signal was so poor it was not watchable! The bedding was rough and not of expected quality, but clean. Pillows were almost solid and firm is an understatement when it comes to describing the mattress. No air conditioning and heating on in corridor and bathroom on a very mild night. A very poor 3hrs sleep! Breakfast was self service though food was reasonable quality.

Room was a tiny bit dusty but comfortable and all the staff I met were fantastic, Can't beat the location

Based ourselves here for two parts of the South West Coast Path walk. Ideal location. Great views, comfortable room and very friendly and welcoming staff. Bistro bar has superb views and ideal to watch the sunset.

Great stay, views from the bar/restaurant are amazing. Outside the buildings looks a little dated (partly because of the salt/weather exposure) but felt modernised inside.

The staff were friendly very accommodating and the beds so comfortable definitely recommended will stay again. Good amazing too

Yes, the room was spotless but it is the friendliness of the staff that makes our stay most enjoyable. The wide choice of breakfast suits everyone. Unfortunately we found the evening dinners a little too rich for our taste on this visit. Previous visits have had more choice for the evening meal, with some more 'basic' meals available. However the chef was most accommodating when it came to catering for allergies.

Parking is good service was brilliant

Rooms were a let down, dated and cold. Couldnt see out the windows as they were filthy. Staff were excellent throughout.

Everything was as we remembered from out first visit. 10/10
