初日シャワーカーテンの内側がビニール加工されていなくて、床が水浸しになった。バスマット1枚では到底足りずバスタオルを敷いて対応した。

I stayed the hotel for 9nights,The room was clean and the staff were friendly.there is full breakfast and I love it.there is also dinner Monday to Thursday it was great.Big refrigerator, nice kitchen and kitchen utensils were good enough to cook in the room.24/7coffee available.I dind't bring my pc but I could use the pc in the robby.There is big mall near the hotel so I could enjoy shopping too.I would asolutely stay this hotel again and extremely recommend!

The staff are always friendly and helpful which I appreciate. The room was very clean and set up for me just walk in and relax.

This was a clean property and the beds were comfortable I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful, updated rooms. Nicely furnished and clean bar and eating area. Lisa was so friendly at breakfast and made our stay so nice.

Stayed 2 nights for my sons graduation left some bags in the kitchen we used 2 glasses in the kitchen and when we were gone during the day room service put the glasses and started dish washer. Came back to the room soap and water everywhere and on my bags. Went and told the employee in the front Nd he said what do you want me to do about it he said he would give me towels so I can clean it up! I asked to speak to a manager and it has been 6 days now and no one has contacted me yet

Great stay

The kitchenette was very convenient to have on hand for our family.

Everything was good. And the staff was very professional. The only problem we had was the 2 nights we stayed, there was a lot of running and screaming from people across from our room. Smh. Which we had a hard time falling asleep. We mentioned it to the front desk about. The second thing was on the second day a weird tapping noise will come on while the ac was on a would not stop. We so we did not get enough sleep/ rest. We did mention it to the front desk too.

Great stay. Our family had plenty of space in our room. The facility was well taken care of, and the amenities were top notch. We all enjoyed a variety of breakfast items before we left. The staff also provided all that we needed.

Nice but few things there was no shampoo in the shower so house keeping isnt checking, bed was uncomfortable maybe need to update them, breakfast was good to me because I went early enough when there was food. I dont know why or what but a lot of people including my spouse didnt eat. Still had an hour or more before breakfast was over but they ran out. I have seen hotels with way more people eating and never ran out. There was a worker in the kitchen so I dont know. Yes I will stay again I do like the hotel just need improvements.
